Front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful - charged for dinner even though I didn’t have it. No signage to find bedroom block from main hotel or how to find restaurant entrance for breakfast

As it is beginning of the season, everything seemed not ready yet (if you compare with the photos online). Flower beds empty, sun lounge area dirty and not organised and taken care of. Poor gym and spa area does not feel welcoming at all (spa employees were really friendly) but the atmosphere was just not it. We can imagine that in high season it is better there but now most things did not look as in the photos so be prepared. Still we would recommend this hotel.

Location is amazing. Nature all around, beautuful views and many bike paths and walking posibilieties with amazing views. We had all inclusive option and it was definately worth it. The choices of food were great and qulity of food was amazing. Quality of drinks could be better though.. room was alright. Everything seems renovated not that long ago. Amazing view again. We seemed to have an upgrade as the room was bigger that I expected so thank you for that. We also had some treatment in the room as we had our honeymoon. Employees were friendly and helpfull.

Spa and wellness facilities are very poorly managed. You pay extra if you need a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool is not suitable when it's cold.

Perfect location for a holiday gateway. Their food is awesome with so many options.. Staff is very friendly. Water sports are available on the site. Overall, a good break from your city life.

Food is really awful - particularly for veggie - but it’s an all inclusive! Location was beautiful but so far away - only one transfer a day from the ferry port which didn’t work for us either morning and it’s almost as expensive as a private taxi.

It was a little out of the way to town.

I loved the food it was an amazing variety, whether it was breakfast or dinner was endless and of such great quality. I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and the staff were so helpful.

I am struggling to think of something.... One thing maybe only... if there would have been some extra beach beds then people would be less likely to have to go early morning "booking" one for the day with your towel before you have breakfast. But this is somehow a "national sport" at most places in Croatia, having to "fight for your place at the beach by reserving it with a towel at sunrise..."

Breakfast is amazing, variety is superb and every option is prepared spot on. Lunch and dinner as good too, not as good as breakfast in terms of options, but no complaints. Staff all over (restaurant, reception, room maintenance, bar...) all exceptional (with exception of grumpy snack bar...). Pilipino and Croat staff, all awesome. Location is spot on, you see sunrise and almost sunset. sun in you face all day, but lots of shade, you spend day under nice cedars right on the edge of the beach. Nice little pool-like kiddy-safe place with shallow sea water where toddlers can play. Extremely well sound-proof rooms. Beach Bar offers nice selection for all-inclusive customers of variety of drinks, including cocktails from 10 till 00. Snack bar has pizzas and hot dogs from 12 till 17. View is great too, it is a bay so sea does not get too rough. Staff of all things, exceptional. I will go back there!

The staff is comprised mostly of young (some of them I could swear were underage (<18)) and inexperienced workers, most of them seemed like migrant seasonal workers. Depending on the day, the food would either be excellent or bad. The boiled eggs frequently had rock-solid yolk inside them. Most of the food would always be too greasy and/or prepared simplistically with a lot of store-bought seasoning added onto it for taste. One of the chefs was notoriously bad, we would avoid the food he prepared everytime. He couldn't speak English, German nor Croatian properly, and when I asked him which type of fish he was preparing, he tried to ensure me it was the wrong type; so it seemed like he didn't even know what he was preparing. Breakfast was the least favourite meal for us, we usually skipped it because the food would be tasteless/bland (eggs, meats, cheeses). You have to fight for your sunbeds, since there's no regulation on whether some people can take more than they should or even if non-guests can use them. The first day we arrived, someone moved our stuff from the sunbeds while we were swimming in front of them. The last day while we were swimming a group of non-guests surrounded our sunbeds, uncomfortably close so we would have to step over their things to pass. It became uncomfortable to be surrounded by loud uncultured people so we were forced to give up the spot and the sunbeds to them. There's a rule that the sunbeds shouldn't be reserved for too long if you're not using them, but it is not enforced, so usually someone from a room gets up early, takes up a bunch of sunbeds and then leaves, leaving them occupied for half a day without anyone using them. There was only one ladder entrance to the water which was both falling apart and frequently crowded. The bay in front is beset by boats parking or passing all the time, and thus the water often stinks and is dirty.

Situated on a beautiful shore in a natural beautiful bay, with lush forest all around. The whole islet on which it stands is walkable either by shore or through the forest. There are many excellent rocky spots near the water. It's a 15min walk along the shore from a beautiful small town. The rental bikes were of top quality. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lunch and dinner meals, and desserts, would sometimes be excellent.

Everything is very very meadium. In breakfast a lots different food but everything is meadium quality, coffee from machine is terrible taste. All hotel is renewed, was painted walls and cleaned carpets, but after that was not very good smell in the room.

Good working wi-fi, free parking, friendly staff. Hotel gives one free massage for each person.

Great location and good choice of things to do (bike rental, tennis courts, water activities). However the pool is too small for adults to swim lengths and the gym not top notch either. The food is good and varied. We had a lovely time though as a family of 5 with two teenagers and a 11 year old

Poor housekeeping service. The carpet in our room was never vacuum cleaned. The trash was not removed from the can. The replaced foot towels were always wet.

This is a quiet place with a beautiful view from the balcony. The food was great. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The resort also offered a nightly entertaining program that we enjoyed a lot.

I stayed 3 nights and it was raining all the time. Of course is not fault of hotel, however we searched for a place to chill when was raining and we just have the Lounge Bar which is small for so many people. I also wanted to go to sauna, but was already full for the 3 days when I did my check in!

Employers are really helpfull and kind. The room was big and really confortable. The location (far away from everything) was so good to rest!
