Room layouts are strange, acoustic insulation is not good, you hear anyone walking around. You have to take the elevator in middle of the bar to get to the rooms. Quite loud as it is a busy bar and club as well.

The overall impression was more of a basic hostel than a hotel. Not very clean or tidy, but still okay.

Well located and convenient. Surprised how quiet the room was, considering the bar/nightclub just below.

Seems to be next to a night club. I remember waking up around to 03:00 am to very loud music lol

A little more lighting over the breakfast area.

Very well located hotel. Secure public parking was just a short walk away. Quirky room. We stayed on a Wednesday night, the underground nightclub was open until 4am but there was no issue with noise. Weekends may be different. Perfect location for enjoying city nightlife. Bars on site were nice. Staff very good. Would certainly stay again.

The property is in a good location, room was decent, no complaints. I see a lot of the negative reviews are about the night club in the centre of the hotel where music plays into the night on certain nights but this information is reflected in a lot of places and perhaps the reviews then don't match the property but the person who booked it.

There is a night club in the basement. The music can be heard in the rooms. It is quiet but still noticeable at night. Take earplugs.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are lots of stores and places to eat within walking distance. There are 2 car parks nearby. The room was nicely furnished, clean and fairly large.

They were right about music playing into the wee hours. I should have cancelled and booked a different location before the 4 hour grace period expired.

i only stayed there one night. however when i first received the key from front it was for wrong room which was already occupied by someone. luckily the room was empty and i was given another room but imagine being in your room and someone just opens your door

Cleaning is an issue. Previous guests dirty towels were left , toilet bowl wasn't cleaned. Extremely noisy. Doors make lots of sounds so when 1 guest opens or closes the door, the whole floor can hear it. You can imagine for the whole night. I booked a room with balcony but the balcony is facing everyone because it's an indoor design. It's awful. It's retro style. Everything's black . It's very dark inside as not sufficient lights and lamps.

Great location and friendly staff and nice breakfasts. Got fridge and a free drink though I don't take.

There was definitely some rolling noise from trams in the morning and I did feel like I heard noise from the service stairs like someone trashing bottles after closing or somewhere else, like the fire door banging....but for the price, why complain, I didn't expect a soundproof room when you are above a bar/nightclub locatuon

I liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. Plug socket by the bed and a view over the main street. Mini fridge was a plus. The decor I liked, it's very industrial modern, glittery floors, can seem strange but it's ok. I like that the shower magnetically locked so it became a waterproof cubicle. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

There is a strange smell in the room/apartment. Despite it being clean overall but something terrible left its smell in room

However, there were a few drawbacks; the noise from the bar located in the lobby was quite loud, and the smell of cigarette smoke near the elevators was noticeable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was not of very high quality which was a bit disappointing.

The location of Timeout Heritage Hotel Zagreb was excellent, centrally located which was perfect for my needs. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, making my stay quite pleasant.

Would have been nice to have a map of the area provided. Not everyone uses their phone for travel.

Breakfast was OK but not outstanding. Coffee cups too small. I did not have breakfast included and cost was reasonable. I alsao appreciated the friendliness of the staff in the rooftop bar.
