We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesGerman-style comforters- two for two people instead of one big one. The bad was okay. Just not as comfortable as it could be have been. Weirdly, the hotel occupies 2-3 floors in a modern sky scraper and their reception is on floor 8. Also, there is no access to the building or parking lot in front of the building for your car, taxi or Uber. You have to take your luggage down the elevator to the street, which is across the parking lot. We were lucky it wasn’t raining.
Big, beautifully appointed bathroom. Oddly, this room had the largest window and best views. A bench for luggage!!! Lots of spaces to put our things. Hot water and lots of it for showers. Accommodating staff. These people were absolutely lovely.

The location was a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful in directing us in where to go and where to eat. They always welcomed you when you came in the door and were very approachable.

United KingdomThe lifts are slow and small but adequate for 2 people with luggage but you might be waiting a while at busy times as it's a working building.
The location was excellent, 5 mins to the old town and the ferry port. The area itself looks a little run down but there are some amazing restaurants a stone's throw away. The view makes it worth booking and the staff were friendly and helpful - Kristina was amazing.

United StatesThe breakfast was delicious, but the options were a bit limited. There also is not coffee in the rooms, but there is a cafe nearby. Our AC worked, but the room stayed a bit warm.
I would HIGHLY recommend the View to anyone visiting Split! The room was clean, comfortable, and we had a great view out to the harbor. It's a short (5-10 min) walk to old town and there are cafes and a grocery store right nearby. The staff was amazing- very responsive and helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
