Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere wasn't a wardrobe and needed to ask for towels as they were in the dryer, which is not the end of the world, but if I wanted to get shower earlier, I couldn't.
Lovely cosy room, liked the colours, friendly staff, there are free cosmetics in the hall if you need them, the room was quite sound proof.

United KingdomThe "hostel" is basically an apartment where they rent different rooms, the communal spaces are very limited so don't expect a lot of socialising. The double room was big and the bed was comfy but only had a small desk and nothing more. The location is pretty good in my opinion, close to the centre but not in the chaos of the old town.

Only stayed one night, staff was very helpful as my flight arrived after check-in hours. Free coffee and tea was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, large lockable drawer for luggage. A/C in the room was very powerful.

PolandThe storage is under the (bunk) beds and it is a hard wood material which was making it hard open and close, making sounds at night when people were sleeping.
The location of the facility is just between the nice beaches and the center. It is basically 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station where you can take the shuttle to the airport. The staff were super nice!

The hostel has a good location at the gate of the old town. I was staying in the big room and I was able to choose my bed. I tucked in a blanket on the top bunk bed and it was like my little private room. There were two bathrooms in the room. I loved that they provided towels and sheets.
