Not a whole lot of negative things to say about the properties. The only small points is that the hot water goes very quickly (only enough for 1 person to take a quick 10 min shower before it ran cold). Also, as a group of women travellers - would have been nice to have a few extra items like more hangers (only 2 per room were provided), and extra towels - but Dominik was kind enough to drop some more off to us when we requested.

Perfect location, and the units were clean. Had the basic amenities needed for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Dominik was a great host, and was responsive to any messages.

Cause it’s in a center, some music from the restaurant can bother you, but it’s not so loud and it’s quite inside. Some kitchen improvement i wrote to host directly will be great to get in a future. Wifi was working unstable, but there is free city wifi which you can use.

The location is excellent, it’s close to everything in old town. The owner was very easy and friendly in communication. There was a kitchen, hot water, air conditioner inside.

The windows have shutters which are cable-tied shut and only one side of the window opens. The room is therefore dark and the view, which dominates the listings photos, is not like the reality. The bathroom is tiny and en-suite to one of the rooms, therefore guests in the second room have to pass through the main room to get to it. There is a kettle, cups and a Nespresso machine yet no pods (who carries pods with them?) nor any other coffee sachets / tea bags or spoons etc. These are easy thing to provide and highlights how the quality of the accommodation does not match the high price tag.

Dominic was a terrific host. He helped coordinate our airport transfer, met us at the gates of the Old Town and walked us to the property while sharing advice on our visit. He was very responsive and helpful during our visit. The property itself was great and exactly as advertised. You cannot beat the location, which was our primary reason for selecting the property. It doesn't have much of a seating area, but that was fine for us as we don't spend much time inside and used our time to try and soak up as much of the Old Town as possible. The A/C was great and there was no real noise to speak of from the courtyard below where a farmers market and cafes were, as long as we kept the windows closed. We had an amazing experience while visiting and Dominic couldn't have been any more attentive and hospitable and made our visit to Dubrovnik extremely special.

The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was minimal and did not fit the beds very well. No safes in the rooms and no beach towels.

As a light sleeper, I could hear the noise outside of the property at early hours of the morning, through no fault of the host. We felt like the room was lacking slightly in facilities, for example, no mini fridge in the room or extra bedding. We did face issues with the shower where there wasn’t enough hot water for one shower and it didn’t seem to drain properly. However, we did not bring this to the attention of the host. Overall, these are just minor issues which could be easily resolved and we would be happy to stay again.

Excellent location. Hosts were very accommodating and arranged a private transfer to the apartment. The view from the room was lovely, being directly in the centre of the old town.

Pillows are too soft and we only had one each and everyday I woke up with neck pain. There are no hooks or place where you can hang your clothes apart from inside the wardrobe. We swam a lot when we were there and our problem was where to hang our wet clothes to air dry it.

The property is situated in the old town. Very accessible to everything. The AC functions well and gave us comfort during our stay in Croatia. Despite the toilet being outside the room, its shower is strong and the bathroom is spacious. The television is huge with Netflix, youtube in it. The host is nice and helpful.

Of course, as most every place we stayed in Croatia, there were lots of stairs to climb. I would definitely add some type of light source to the stairs as it is extremely dark at night and we had to us our phone flashlight to see.

The location was right off one of the main thoroughfares in Old Town Dubrovnik, right across from the port to go to Lokrum. It was centrally located with restaurants downstairs, but yet a very quiet room. The host arranged for our airport pick-up where he then met us at the drop-off point to walk us to our room giving us information about the town through out the walk (very nice touch).

Although the location was fantastic, it could get a little noisy at night time due to bars and restaurants nearby, and some mornings these local places received deliveries quite early which were fairly noisy too.

We booked 3 separate rooms to accommodate a group of 9 people. All rooms were clean, tidy, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Accommodation was in a brilliant location in the heart of the old town, so close to everything we wanted and needed. Host Dominik was SO friendly and helpful, at hand to answer any questions I had and arranged transfers both ways to/from airport for us which was so helpful.

Location, Location, Location. The apartment is right in the centre of Dubrovnik Old town and you can easily access all the main attractions and restaurants. In addition, the property managers were extremely accommodating and helpful, even letting us check-out late as our return flight was only scheduled for early evening.

This location is a private guest house with minimal ammenities. The biggest issue was that the wifi signal was very weak and I had to use roaming data the whole time. The pillows and linens could be higher quality.

The location was very central to all the sights of Old town, and the host was very accomodating. The rooms were large with a view of the square below. Street noise was minimal. The shower had good water pressure.

Only the bathroom has a mirror, there is no mirror in the actual room. No mini fridge. Coffee machine doesn’t work. They do not provide coffee pods and the pods that size are not sold in the old town. It’s not that they are out of stock, the small supermarkets in the old town don’t sell those. So, they should be PROVIDED. And no, I don’t want to go out for my morning coffee. And finally, there were cockroaches in my room. Host said ‘it can happen in the old town’. €186/night, ridiculously overpriced. A few more: Missing light bulbs in the room. Shutters are zip tied shut. The whole building is dirty.

I had the room with the bathroom on the hall on the second floor in a great location with really good a/c.

The bathroom was detached from the trim, so you have to walk other rooms to go the private bathroom. There are small cockroaches in the bathroom. I kill about 4 of them.

Some steep staircases inside the building. Not a problem for us but not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
