Considering the unfortunate turn off events, they handled the situation well.

Our car broke down, so we booked a room five minutes before coming. It was 9pm. When we arrived they told us no rooms were available, and that they sometimes have problems with booking.com website which leads to double-booking. The owner personally apologized, and booked us another hotel 5 minutes on foot up the road with more expensive rooms (they paid) and offered to drive us there. Staff seemed nice, hotel as well, though we didn't sleep there.

The rooms really really need a facelift -they are already barebones, but are now even more worn down, with the beds being extremely uncomfortable (and so squeaky they wake you up if you move during the night). Spotty wifi.

We stay here every year, it's a charming German family-owned hotel right on the beach and in the center of Nerezine. Very good breakfast considering it's a 3star hotel, good water pressure in showers. Great view/balcony from sea view rooms, and cute balconies also on park-view rooms.

the beds are awful - squeaky and extremely uncomfortable (we've slept in many different rooms in the hotel, same problem in all of them) -- in general, the entire hotel needs a bit of a facelift/renovation.

we have stayed here numerous times over the last decade, and love the location and charm of the hotel. breakfast is great for a 3-star hotel (excellent fresh bread, always fresh fruit and yoghurt available, etc), as is the view from the sea-facing rooms. staff in bar are very nice and helpful.

I know the location very well, I have been going to the same place for more than 20 years. We are excited that the Hotel Televrin has been renovated and is performing its functions perfectly even in this difficult post-covid era.

Unfortunately there are only few rooms with see view… better to ask. Quite hot during the night, also with open window, no EC. Mosquitos repellent needed!

We got a room on the 2nd floor. The air ventilation system is on the roof, and the constant buzzing, mumbling sound is pretty loud during the night. So in case you book, doublecheck in advance with the hotel, and make sure you are not placed in any room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked on the evening I was there, so I had no chance to request an other room. Also there is no fridge in the room.

The hotel is located at the coast. There are some good places to eat nearby, also to take a walk around. When you arrive, and leave you can go to the Hotel directly to pack the luggage you have. Dog friendly place.
