Perfect location to explore Zadar. We were driving there and appreciated parking on site. Easy to walk to all historic sites, restaurants and wander the city. Loved the Riva promenade! Convenient to have breakfast included. Staff very welcoming and polite. Zadar was a lovely city.

We had a corner room and at times would get woken up by cleaning staff as their supply closet was in front of our room, were pretty light sleepers and it was after 8am. Not a big deal and definitely not a deterrent to coming back.

The location was awesome, close to everything! Breakfast was included and had decent selections. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We will be back!

No on-site parking available during our stay, but staff directed us to a nearby public car park a couple of minutes walk away.

The location was excellent in the old town, easy access to the local landmarks. The room was very clean, staff were very helpful and eager to please, breakfast was good.

I liked everything about the hotel so have no complaints! I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night.

The hotel is new and modern in the heart of historic Zadar. It was a short walk to the Sea Organ, to the Roman Forum and beyond. We had reserved a parking place in advance for our rental car for a reasonable fee and the spot was right next to the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with modern conveniences - plenty of electrical outlets, good lighting, excellent bathroom with shower, plus places for our suitcases and a large closet. The front-desk staff were friendly and very helpful. There were only 12 rooms in this boutique hotel, so it was quiet. The included breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold foods, with excellent made-to-order coffee. I would stay here again!

The breakfast was good and was included in the price. The location was right in the Old City which was great. There is limited parking and I had requested a space but when we arrived and it was unavailable the hotel took care of paying for the public parking which was very close by. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful regarding things to do and providing answers.

The location of the property was perfect to visit the old Zadar which is a pedestrian zone. In addition a nice terrace for breakfast or coffee. The hotel offers some parking on a side street so we were able to park and unload/load bagage very easily. The people at reception were very pleasant and helpful. They even looked up the opening hours of a neighborhood laundromat. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The hotel lay out was most interesting and convenient. Built on the location of a famous old theater, it is all ground floor. But with no car traffic on the streets it is very quiet

What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

I did not like the reception by the male receptionist on arrival as we got there early and not very friendly ., but he was better later

There is parking on site but o my a few spots that must be reserved in advance. We didn’t realize this before our stay. However, we were able to find a spot across the street both nights without any issue. The hotel even paid for our parking pass and charged it to our room so we didn’t need to worry about downloading the local parking app or getting a ticket. :)

Everything was perfection!!! The staff was friendly. They had great suggestions for dinner and were able to get us tables for both nights of our stay at very popular places even though they were both fully booked up. The room was beautiful! Spacious. Quiet. Private. Comfy bed. Fabulous shower!

Very modern, double basin in bathroom, wifi and internet on TV, hair dryer, breakfast provided and comfortable beds. Location was perfect for us, no stairs or lifts and car access to the door which is not common in old town Zadar

I can’t really think of anything we didn’t like about this property.

This property is perfectly located in the city walls of Zadar. A parking spot was already reserved for us. The location is close to everything in Zadar. Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff were so friendly. There aren’t many rooms so we liked that small feel atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Zadar.

Great location, helpful staff. Limited reserved parking spaces. Free parking on the street is available, but rare in peak season. The staff however helped to find a parking space quickly, so that was not a problem either. Room was quiet despite the central location.
