This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly, kind and accommodating, the level of service is exceptional. We had an attic room, it was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast range was excellent. The beach bar downstairs was very chilled with good cocktails. Location wise, right on the water with excellent views of Cavtat. We loved this holiday and hope to return one day.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave!!

Everything about this hotel is 5* From our welcome to our departure it was faultless. Fabulous location with beautiful rooms, which are well equipped and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and every member of staff delivers an exceptional level of service for their guests.

Very hard to point something out.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and supporting staff, great service in every field. Great location in the end of promenade, quite but still very close to the attractions, the beach just nearby and all the good restaurants. The pool area intimate, clean and very comfortable for relaxing. Wine bar has great selection of local wines and the terrace cocktail bar is the best in town. Rooms are very clean and maintained several times a day, always clean towels and room prepared. The staff always found solutions also to your special requests.

The area round the pool needs disinfestation as the gnats and mosquitoes abound and make it impossible to enjoy. It would be nice to have the car a bit closer.

Beautiful oasis of peace in overcrowded coast. A top quality property with stylish interiors and lots of pleasant public areas. Nice pool but good swimming in the sea also right in front. Excellent breakfast. Cool lounge bar. Cavtat is pretty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff are welcoming ,friendly and delightful . Every member of staff from the front desk to the pool attendant are thoughtful , caring and couldn’t do enough for us . They were all a credit to the hotel. This truely rates as one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed at . The location of the hotel is perfect . You walk straight out to the harbour and beachy area for sea swimming . Our bedrooms were all beautifully designed , high spec and eco friendly wherever possible . Breakfast was amazing , we had a fabulous view looking out onto the harbour alongside superb food . Great range of choice and everything tasted great . We enjoyed the handmade fresh juices and the French toast is a must !!! In the evening there is a lovely bar which is relaxing to have a few drinks in . The hotel was immaculate , it felt extremely luxurious and we left feeling well and truely spoilt . Cavtat itself is lovely , a jewel in Dubrovniks crown .

The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They made it feel like a glamorous home from home. The quality of the hotel was superb. We hope to return soon.

Same as last year…it was all perfect. Now there are also no more construction works in front of the hotel, so the view is nicer.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.

Having been to Cavtat 5 times before this was by far the best place we have stayed!! The staff were absolutely outstanding when it came to service and meeting our needs. They all made such a fuss of my little boy and just made our trip amazing!

Everything! Staff were amazing and had such attention to detail. The room was huge and spacious bathroom. Clean, beautiful location and amazing amenities. Huge buffet breakfast + menu and drinks. Pool was quiet and relaxing.
