Location was great, 15 minutes to old town, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was clean and had all the basics you could need for a short stay. Marija was a wonderful host, giving us a warm welcome and provided lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was stunning! The balcony is massive and has an insane view! Loads of room inside, especially for a group of 3! 15 minute walk to the old town, very straight forward to get too and you get to walk past some stunning views! Marjia was lovely, gave us loads of recommendations around and left loads of toiletries and snacks! She also was checking up on your regularly to ensure everything is okay! Located next to a police station so very safe and 10 minutes walk to a main supermarket! Would 100% recommend staying here!

Marija was an excellent host, very kind and helpful at everytime. The beautiful and extremely clean apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Including a big terrace, which was a nice spot to start / end the day. Comfortable bad and free garage parking was a big plus for us. We will defenitely stay here again.

Sunny Side Central is a lovely, airy and superbly equipped apartment in a great location. We felt just like at home. Bellevue beach is only 5 minutes away and Old town just 15. Marija is a gracious and warm host, always ready to help. We had a great time there!

There is quite a lot of traffic right under the balcony, so it is a bit noisy. But we got used to it soon, and it is really not up to the hosts. So this did not bother us too much during our stay. :)

The location was excellent, apartment was new and very tidy, and well equipped. There was plenty of room for two people. Our host was very helpful and friendly. She gave us many tips regarding our stay in Dubrovnik.

This apartment was excellent. It was spacious and had extremely clean facilities. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with plenty of basic necessities. The apartment has a lift, making bringing luggage in so much easier. It is in a great central location with secure car parking. The host Marija was wonderful and very welcoming. If the opportunity arises to visit Dubrovnik, would certainly enjoy staying here again.

The only thing I’d say is that if you are slightly unfit or older or less mobile etc the walk into the old town (despite it only being 15 minutes) may be slightly too far.

The property is stunning ! super spacious balcony, clean, it had everything we could need and more w as and wasn’t too loud despite being close to the road. marija is beyond helpful, recommended some amazing restaurants and was just overall extremely helpful, she made the stay so much better. the private parking was such a help for us as well.

Everything was just perfect! Marija is the best host ever! She was very kind, gave us a lot of very good recommondations. The appartment was new, clean, spacious and we slept very well! There were little extras already there when we arrived - a bottle of wine, things for breakfast, fruits, soup, coffee, etcppp The kitchen had everything one needs. There are several bus stops and we liked the area to be close to old town but not in the middle and had a good connetion to the other, newer parts of Dubrovnik as well. We would love to come again and would take the same place again!!!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is perfectly positioned to walk everywhere in Dubrovnik. It is immaculately clean and your host, Marija is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and delightful. I encountered some personal difficulties during my stay and she could not have been more understanding or helpful. I really appreciated the fresh fruit and other treats left out for me. I plan to return next summer and would now, not wish to stay anywhere else.

Marija is the best host we ever had. Terrace is very big and sunny, with a wonderful view, even from the inside apartment through huge glass sliding doors. Apartment is super clean and equipped with just everything you may wish. Bed is perfect to sleep and furniture is high quality. Rooms are arranged in a very modern way, with an open space in front of terrace. In opposite to many other apartments that we have been, it looks much better in live than on the photos. Location is also great because it is just in the middle of everything that is worth to see in Dubrovnik. You won't need your car once you park it in the garage.

perfect location about a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. very modern, extremely clean. the apartment was well equipped with everything you could need inc toiletries, snacks and fresh fruit. the host was just fabulous, very attentive, helpful, caring and kind couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful person to deal with.

The walk back from the old town is practically all up hill. Great walk when going down but in hot summer can be exhausting when heading back especially with luggage. a very easy to catch bus can rectify this.

The host was great, facilities where also great and very clean, really enjoyed the little coffee machine. Location was within walkable distance to old town and the port Price was very reasonable Great bus links
