Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We can not eat in the restaurant local cevapcica because there was a lot of peole and they said us; we should wait a lot, everyone asked for t.hat let's choose something else from the menu.

CroatiaSome parts of the bathroom was not very clean (shower cabin, it was mouldy behind the bathroom sink) and water was slow to drain from the sink. The staff at breakfast were not that happy to be there. The bird cage at the reception is not a welcoming sight (poo).
It is close to Arena concert hall (10min walk). There is free parking in the backyard which was awesome for us.

Walking distance to Zagreb Arena I had an early flight and had to go to the airport before the breakfast opened so the hotel staff was nice to fix a doggy bag with breakfast to bring with me to the airport. Refrigerator & air-condition in the room very good during the heatwave outside.

Great reception and welcome. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Restaurant was a surprise added gem, stylishly furnished with fantastic food and entertainment. It was not loud and accompanied our meal brilliantly. We had such a lovely evening, which was topped off with a tasty breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend.
