I think is needed a lady to clean the apartments every day 🤔

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and we didn‘t sleep well. I don‘t know if it was the slatted frame or the mattress but it was way too soft.

Modern apartment with an excellent view on the sea and a few islands. The aparment was modern, well equipped, spacious and very clean. It has a nice outdoor area with a pool and a private parking slot. Highly recommended!

- brand new facility with all necessary equipment and all in right quantity for a week stay - very kind owners - outstanding view - quiet place but within a walking distance to city centre and beautiful beaches - heated, clean swimming pool with 27(!) degrees end of April - a lot of safe space to store bikes - 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms- so very comfortable for family

I missed the duvet, it was only a kind of linen offered on the bed and also a second type of pillow to choose would be great!

I very much appreciated Doms friendly and professional way of communication . ( owner ) The property is absolutely as it is on the pictures. The beach is clean and very near. I liked the coffee and the best was: the Seaview from the apartment, absolutely amazing. I very much like the washing machine, kitchen equipment, bathroom in general with hot water to shower.

Modern comfortable and premium apartment, with lovely decorations and fantastic views. The balcony is great for a sunset aperitivo/dinner, while you could also relax and chat at the infinity pool facing the sea. Dom was the nicest host ever, very supportive, nice and responsive. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated and comfortable, with great bathrooms too. There's a gorgeous beach literally 10 minutes walking, although we took the car and in 10 minutes we reached probably the best beach of our stay (beach Prapatna).

Not much food within walking distance, only one restaurant down the road . But should not be a problem if you have a car or someone to ride you (ask owners to recommend Darko!). very nice bakeries, restaurants in Rogoznica and a large supermarket on the main road. House can have a more careful clean: spider webs on ceiling for example, but owners responsive to all demands. So overall this is really a minor detail. Very good overall.

Spacious, nice kitchen, two bathrooms, panorama view from living room, air conditioning. Swimming pool, rooftop terrace, barbecue, outdoor tables all very handy and beautiful. Probably a 7-10 min walk to the sea. We really liked it.

The only thing that is a minus is a simultaneous plus, it’s localization. It is about 1 km to the restaurant, bar, 3-4 km to the shop.

A wonderful place for a holiday. House is little away from other apartments although the beach is only 5 minutes walking distance. View from the main terrace is breathtaking, you can sit for hours watching the Adriatic Sea, yachts ships and enjoying sun. Apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, electric blinds and air conditioning.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel! Super room 👍, the hotel is absolutely new, with new renovations and furniture - everything is magnificent. Very spacious apartments 🏨, and the pool is just huge 🏊‍♂️. A big thank you for the panoramic windows overlooking the pool - waking up and seeing such a view is pure pleasure. Sun loungers by the pool and on the roof of the hotel 🌞 added comfort to our rest. And of course, the beautiful sea view 🌊 from the roof is just amazing! We highly recommend your hotel

he photos of the apartment do not accurately reflect reality. Based on the pictures, the place appears to be modern and well-maintained, but the reality is quite different. The interior is basic and cheaply furnished. We stayed for 4 days, and for two of those days, the pool filtration system was not working, despite many people using the pool. Overall, it's fine. The accommodation is decent, but nothing that will blow you away. As I mentioned before, the residence is portrayed as a modern palace in the photos and online, but in reality, the building is cheaply constructed, and the garden is not very well-maintained. For the price, I expected more luxury.

generally the size of the apt is adequate for 4-5 people in a comfort, nice view from rooftop.

There were some really small imperfections in our apartment and in the next door one. A team of building workers were busy with correcting them. The host made his best to make our stay comfortable and not disturbed, but a couple of times we were informed about the work activities in our apartment postfactum. In general, that did not cause any problem for us. For the last three days the host offered us to move to another apartment, which was just next door. We have got the same high quality apartment but with different lay-out and only one bathroom.

The apartments are very new and fully equipped with high quality amenities. Kitchen has everything to feel like at home. Two bathrooms were clean and nice. A panoramic view via a glass wall to a beautiful sea adds to vacation feeling. There is small private parking. Children liked to sit in a swimming pool. The location of the apartment is a bit remote. You need a car to come there. The sea is nearby, ten min walk downhill. The village is full of similar vacation houses and small hotels, though it is still being developed. Small beaches are with gravel. The sea water is top clean and transparent. We stayed in May. At this time of year there were very few guests. The area is almost empty.
