Had to check out in person to turn keys over. We were interested in doing a tour, but it would've interfered with the times we were given for check out. They likely would've adjusted the check out time if we asked, but we didn't (hind sight, wish we would've asked to change the time). Would be easier if there was a lock box to leave the keys

Location was perfect. Had a parking spot which the owners saved for us. Had a washing machine in the unit. Recommendations from host on ice cream and dinner. Provided a map and info about top things to see/do.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Zadar, and we can't recommend it enough! The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had a stunning view of the marina that took our breath away every morning. It was so peaceful—no problematic noises, which made for such a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the best spots in Zadar, and the owners truly made us feel like we were visiting family. They were incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations on the best things to do in the area. Their hospitality was beyond anything we've experienced before, like being a guest in your parents' home when visiting abroad (we even felt sorry we didn't take anything for them as a gift from Poland). One of my favorite moments was sitting on the balcony, gazing out at the marina, and feeling like a movie star—it's that magical. This is, without a doubt, one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we will definitely be back! Five stars all the way!

Everything was perfect!

Perfect apartment. Super clean, excellent location, very well equipped, balcony with the most beautiful view, it’s like your home away from home. The best hosts ever!! Milica and Akeksandar are super friendly, always available, responding immediately, giving the best advices how to discover the neighborhood and which tours, excursions are the best!

Owners met us outside building and couldn't have been friendlier Location was right next to the bridge that leads into wonderful old town Lift to all floors was also helpful. Washer drier in room saved on washing when we got back. Felt very safe and secure in building Beach about 20 mins walk Old town no more than 3 mins walk Would deffo recommend this apartment

Nothing everything

Lovely room with everything you could need to make things comfortable. It was very hot the week we stayed (30-36 degrees ) but the air con set at 25 kept the room nice and cool. The large bathroom with a washing machine, airer and walk in shower was also appreciated, we did do some washing due to the heat. We also borrowed some bikes towards the end of the holiday and cycled to the local beach(10 mins) and one of the evenings we cycled to Borik beach (20mins) for a drink at the beach bar. We did not have a car but I don’t think parking close by would be a problem. The best thing about staying here is the perfect location next to the bridge to the old town; it is so convenient and such a lovely spot to watch the sunset and there are plenty of bakeries/supermarkets to grab stuff for breakfast. The old town has a fantastic vibe with great places to eat and drink; definitely explore/ walk round the city walls as there are some really nice bars up there. You are also very close to a local pedestrian ferry that takes you across to Ugljan and the town of Prekko, I would recommend this as the waterfront/beach area are vast and less crowded than Kolovare Zadar. We did this trip on the last day otherwise we probably would have gone again as it was so peaceful (cost 10eu return) This was a fantastic place and we would love to visit again and see some more local islands as well as Zadar. We would be more than happy to stay at Summertime apartments. Reading some of the reviews before we went about noise I can honestly say this was not a problem, we slept really well (very comfy bed) and the bar shuts at midnight, we never experienced any loud music.

Beautiful immaculate apartment on edge of old town. The apartment is very spacious and has everything that you need . Wonderful views from balcony and lovely light breeze from harbour . Shops,, bars, cafes close to old town, Also daily boat cruises and island hopping tours on harbour . We had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Summertime Apartments

Prime location on the marina just across from the old town via walk bridge. Very nice apartment with balcony overlooking harbour. Road outside building is not busy with traffic. Supermarket, bakery, banks, cafés, restaurant close by.. Apartment contains all you need. Very friendly host couple.

We had great time, location is perfect, apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and also offered a pick up service from the airport which made it easier. Overall I would say 10/10 and will recommend to friends and family. Best sunset we have ever seen stood next to the sea organ in the old town.

Great location just next to the old town. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with small balcony. Impeccably clean. The owners were very nice and offer a transfer from the airport at a reasonable price.

The apartment was in a fantastic location for the old town of Zadar just across the bridge. A couple of supermarkets, bakers and a bar were all within a stone's throw. But the real selling point was the helpfulness of the hosts. They were very kind and even managed to save us a free parking spot. They had lots of good tips about restaurants and places to visit too. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and looked as if it had just been installed.
