Apart looks like the photos, a wonderful apartment with a view of the forum and the pier. I have not seen a better location in the city! Easy self-registration and contact with the owner. There are all necessary appliances and linen. You need to have slippers.

The location is excellent, the host was very helpful, the studio was so clean and has everything I need, and the view is very wonderful. I loved it all, and it won't be the last time.

There's was notiing really except for the fact that when u enter the main front door there is no sensor light which wd be very handy when u come homeblate at night, but maybe Josip is not aware of this, butnoverall the apartment was fantastic

The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed, it is small and not the most comfortable.

The apartment was in the most perfect location with a view of the water and Roman Forum from the window and was incredibly clean and pleasant to stay in.

There were some problems with the wi-fi connection (it was an issue with the internet provider at first, but after the wi-fi wasn't working fast), but it still worked, so it wasn't crucial:)

The apartment was very clean; there was everything you could ever need (pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, towels, dish soap, even shampoo and laundry detergent!); air conditioning was working well; there was a lot of space for storage (table drawers, closet). There are some things we would recommend adding: - more hooks in the bathroom for the towels - a small shelf inside the shower for shampoo bottles - some hooks near the entrance for outside clothes (and maybe a shelf for shoes) - ice form - a thing to put wet dishes into, so they can dry Other than that everything was on top, the owner replied VERY quick and the room service was friendly.

The bed is a bit too soft.

Our host was great, always available and helpful! the location is extraordinary, right next to the Forum! The check in was very easy, the apartment was absolutely clear. The photos are accurate and show how the place really looks like.

Location top. We have found in the apartment everything what we may need. Host Josip is always at your service with advices what to do & any assistance, replies quickly. Apartment is absolutely clean, all equipment is new. Beautiful view. Early check in was provided.

The location was perfect! Right by the water with a view of the water. Lots of restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean. When we needed something the owners were quick to respond and attend to our needs. The apartment is small but perfect for 2 people. I would recommend this property for a stay in Zadar!

The electricity is turned on/off wth the apartment key which is good for the planet but does mean that nothing charges while you are out so some planning is required!

Wonderful central location looking over the Forum and the sea. Check-in was really straight forward. Nice bright studio with effective air con/heating and TV which had quite a few channels in English. There are a bunch of small supermarkets within easy walking distance plus an amazing array of restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops.

The flat is very clean, lovely and well equiped. There is everything that you need for your stay. The owner is very nice, reliable. The apartment is very well located, situated a few steps from the sea (the Sea Organ is also 5 mins by walk) and a few steps from the old town. I recommend it for sure and also would like to book it again.

An ultra clean apartment, excellent location, great contact with the helpful owner, a very comfortable bed, cafeterias and restaurants a couple of steps away. Highly recommend. Fantastic stay.

Would be nice to have a bigger hairdryer (but it's still nice that there is any!) and an iron - but it's more a wish than a minus ;) everything was really great.

Absolutely one of the best places in Zadar to stay in. Nice view, close to the sea. A lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was well equipped, very clean. Self checkin is helpful when you need to leave early in the morning. Bells weren't that disturbing. Highly recommended place!
