Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAmazing little apartment in a great location. Had everything you could possible need for a stay. Check in was simple and the apartment is immaculate. I didn’t even notice the garden when booking so that was a great surprise. There is a bus stop outside and some nice restaurants just on the harbour. A supermarket is 3 minutes walk away, and you can walk to old town in about 30 minutes. There is also a taxi rank across from the supermarket and costs around 18€ to old town. Lapad is a short walk and has lots of restaurants and bars.

ThailandNothing. Absolutely recommend this place if come to Dubrovnik and do not want to climb stairs to reach accommodation in the old town.
The apartment is on ground floor. Very good layout, fully equipped and interior decor of good taste. A lot of power sockets in good positions. We did not use the air con during our stay. The cool air from the patio was excellent. The information given on Booking.com is 100% accurate. Our host, Mario is always ready to provide needed information. After checked out, we can store our luggage in the storeroom across the hallway. Mario arranged airport pick up at 35 euro and very convenient. In bound from airport, the bus does not stop near the apartment but out bound airport bus stops right in front. The location is very very convenient. Frequent buses to Pile gate, Cavtat and other destinations including airport stop in front of apartment. There are supermarket and restaurants around.

Apartment is new, clean, stylish and has everything you need and even more. Each detailed is very thought out - from kitchen tools, space in closets and etc. There is a cute patio and location is great - 20 minutes to the old town walking. It was one of the best apartments I ever stayed, so 10 points for you and I really recommend to stay in Bee One.
