Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicAnita was waiting for us even our flight was significantly delayed and it was shortly before midnight; we were very worm wellcomed. The apartment was ready for us, clean and with home made cherry cake and grapes from local garden. Anita was in contact with us, very helpfull and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed our short break there. Fully recommedned.

United StatesThe apartment is over 2 kilometers from Zadar's old town and almost 4 to the bus station, but Ubers are relatively inexpensive ($4-6 per trip).
The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was clean. The room is in the attic, so taller guests will need to be conscious of the ceiling on the one side. Same goes for the bathroom. The kitchen is small, but there is an island that provides space for cooking prep. The apartment has a dedicated terrace one floor below, which has a couple loungers. The WiFi is strong. If you have a car or decide to rent one for a day like we did, there is also a dedicated parking spot. Anita will show you where to park. Speaking of Anita, she is extremely helpful. She gave us a great overview of the town, including local food and beach recommendations. She was out of town for some of our stay but was always available via WhatsApp.

United KingdomAnita Is amazing person !!! our Flight was very late on the day of the Arrival we are landed @ 00:25 and not get into her apartment till 01:00am. Anita was waiting to us even was that late. once came trough the apartment she has welcome us with fresh picked Figs and she give me a cold beer to as it vas very Hot that day. the apartment is situated close to local amenities there is shop near by and a lot of the restaurant around the area.

PolandAnita is the best host in Zadar. She met us, showed apartment, fully equipped with all necessary things and even more for comfortable stay. Our place was VERY clean and fresh. Location is perfect: 10 min walking distance to Uskok and Borik beaches, 2 restaurants and 3 markets with good products. You can even walk to city center, it takes only 30 mins or take a bus😉 I would recommend Anita and her place, I'm sure there is no better option in Zadar! Thanks again and see you soon🙂

As a young woman staying alone in the apartment, I also felt very safe. The hosts were the nicest people ever. Anita even brought me fresh fruit! :) definitely recommend this apartment
