If you’re not a night owl and like to go to bed before midnight, units 1&2 on the first floor can be a bit challenging, as the Bar “The Kop” just below on the ground floor plays their music inside past midnight and a set of earplugs might be needed. Try maybe units on 2nd or 3rd floor if suitable for you.

The communication and the access to the unit was easy on a self check-in base. The size and the amenities of the studio were perfect, new and modern. The location near the water, sights and the “Pile Gate” was just steps away.

Only one very small thing and that was that the hairdryer was hard to find. It was in a drawer under the sink. I found it in the end.

The location was superb for central Dubrovnik. The bed was very comfortable and the lady who runs the hotel was very helpful with giving information about entering the property and also she arranged our taxi from Dubrovnik airport.

We were there 4 days and only had one towel each - there were more but we had to use them to keep the water from going all over the bathroom from the shower.

The room was spacious, the property is right off the main tourist areas which was amazing since it’s on a quieter street. It’s a very short walk from Fort Lovrijenac (which is stunning to see), a 10min walk from Pile Gate and the old town of Dubrovnik. As an amazing bonus, there’s a café/bar in the lower level of the property called The Kop which has amazing service. Standard amenities in the room - tv, sofa, coffee machine.

Location is ideal, just outside Pile gate. Far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to be in a bar or restaurant in 5 minutes. Great places to get breakfast close by. Small supermarket and takeaway pizza a short walk away. The apartment is small but clean, modern, and quite stylish. Everything worked perfectly - good shower. It's positioned close to a really beautiful little bay, where you can sit and have cocktails in the evening. If I ever come back to Dubrovnik, I'll stay here again.

This site is not accessible by car, so you have to carry your luggage down stairs and ramps. However, after watching others haul their luggage into the Old City, I realized that this location was much easier than being inside the walls, yet immediately adjacent to gate entry. The unit is a bit hard to find for the first time, as no streets have identifiable names. Host was helpful to send into via text contact.

The location near Old City, yet tucked away in a calm and incredibly quaint corner was fantastic. It his a 5min walk to the Old city Pile Gate, but there are also amazing small alcove inlets, beaches, restaurants and tourist destinations nearby, all within easy walking distance. We had three guests in different rooms, and all enjoyed the building.

No complaints but quite a loud area

The property was lovely. We had no issues with locating the apartment and the host, Ivona, provided great instructions. The amenities were great and the shower room was amazing. Location was great everything within a short walk. No complaints about the property except a local bar next to the apartment does play music until the early hours of the morning. This was no issue for me and my friend but worth mentioning if travelling with children.

There is nothing critical. The bathroom was on the smallish/tight side but manageable and not a deal breaker.

This was a little gem of a place centrally located in the old town area. The host Ivona was there to meet and greet us and was always contactable on Whatsapp to help with enquiries. Checkin was simple and easy. The apartment (6) was a nice, neat and well provided one, albeit probably not suitable for a tall person given the sloping timber beam ceiling. All the amenities were very modern and there was a lot of information provided by the host with regard to touristy stuff. The bed was very comfortablke and thank god for airconditioning. As stated, the property was centrally located with access to many local restaurants and bars and local swimming areas. We would definitely stay at this accommodation again. Thanks Ivona for allowing us to stay and providing a memorable one.

There is nothing not to like here. They take care of your and are very responsive to questions. It has a full kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself too.

The owner was great at communicating prior to arrival. She gave great directions from the main gate (cannot drive to the hotel) complete with pictures and turn by turn directions. The apartment is very cozy and minutes away from the old town. It is right on the beach and several cafes are right outside the front door for enjoyment. Also, the air conditioning works great here for hot weather.
