We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt was relatively small, bed too the majority of the room.
The room was very clean and modern, though quite small. Initially i thought the room will have a view to the sea but it was not the case, however I didn’t miss view that much as we spend most of the time outdoors anyway. The apartment is located in very lovely and quite village close to Split, to get to split is around 20mins drive by taxi. If it’s not this apartment we wouldn’t see the very lovely side of Croatia.

PortugalThe view from the balcony was lovely. Cooking with the sound of the ocean in the background was particularly nice. The flat was also pretty much soundproof, with the windows shut (there was air conditioning, so it never got too hot) so it made for a peaceful night's sleep.

LatviaNothing, everything was perfect. Just one minor thing: be prepared that you might need to spend a few minutes to find a parking space if you're arriving late in the evening.
The apartment we stayed in was located on the first floor, with the sea view from our windows. It had a fully equipped kitchen (thanks a lot for a bottle of water and coke in the fridge! Saved us in 32+ heat) and spacious living room. Everything was fresh and neat, we had an amazing stay! The AC worked flawlessly and combined with the comfortable bed let us recover every night after long hot days around Split. The location is great too - quiet neighbourhood with a few cafes and bars just around the corner, just a short ride from Split. Shops and pharmacy are a walking distance from the apartment. The host is very welcoming and helpful, thank you so much! We will be staying again.

NetherlandsWe had a great time staying in the apartment however, we do have some minor comments and point for improvement; please note that this from a Dutch perspective and may be different for other nationalities: - the apartment was a bit smaller than expected; the door could not be fully opened as it would bump into the bed. the bed itself was also a bit short even though my husband is only 1.78m tall. - the only other option to sit apart from the was a small table with two chairs that stood quite close to the bed and resulted in only a narrow space to walk from the door to the back of the apartment where the kitchen and bathroom are located. - although it wasn’t a big problem for us, some handymen needed to come back twice to do some finishing touches on the apartment and installing some equipment. - the kitchen was fully equipped, although we were missing some paper kitchen towels and extra garbage bags. - the twin bed was placed against the wall but there was no nightstand or cabinet next to the bed, which would have been nice. - no coatrack or other possibilities to hang up clothes outside of the bathroom. - there were no clear ‘house rules’ apart from the request to minimize noise between 23.00 and 7.00: its always nice to know what to expect it terms of housekeeping (frequency of fresh towels, bedsheets etc) and what to do when you’re checking out. the host was available to answer all these questions but we recommend to summarize this all for your guests as is common in hotel rooms and appartments.
the apartment number 3 we stayed in was cozy and appeared to be new or recently renovated. the kitchen and bathroom were both clean and also the refrigerator worked perfectly. there was a big cabinet across from the bed that held enough room to place all our unpacked suitcase content. outside at the back of the apartment there was a small terras with a table and chairs we could use plus a laundry line to hang up werk clothes. the host Olesya was very friendly and available at any time via whatsapp to answer any questions. we interacted in a mix of German and English. the location was in Kastela which is just outside of Split and made for a quiet and relaxed stay.

Amazing location for trips to Split or up north down the coast. There is a fisherman pier right next to the house where you can have your coffee or evening wine. Street parking although is not reserved but usualy is available right next to the house. The host was responsive and extremelly helpful.

Malaysiano lighting to the narrow alley leading to the apartment door. A bit scary for tourist who aren’t used to the local conditions. No detergent provided for the washing machine. The bed was too soft; we both had back pains after each night sleep.
