We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaI was aware it was far away from the city center, which was not a problem for us as we had a car, but the location at a industrial and garbage was really disappointing. The sofa bed was not confortable. The curtains is small and it doesn´t cover the whole windows so I will wake up as soon as the sun rises unless you have an eye mask. The shower holder was missing a screw, it was spinning and the whole bathroom would get wet. I asked twice to fix it and the hotel didn´t do it.
Very spacious rooms, renovated interior, confortable beds. Polite and nice recepcionists.

Hotel stuff was really nice. Breakfast was good too. We really liked this hotel. Only down side was that it was really far from The Centre. We had to take taxi everytime we wanted to go somewhere. The view from The balcony was amazing.

Taxi fees for the city were extremely high, even though the fares displayed in the hotel were reasonable enough on paper.

SloveniaThe towels were kind of dirty and had stains on them. It is quite far from the city center. In the evening it seemed like no one was cleaning the outside space in the evening (at 10 pm the two tables were full with glasses, trash an beer bottles). Overall, 144 EUR per night was too much.
The staff was friendly and the room spacious. There were enough parking spaces. The selection at breakfast was ok.

AlbaniaI was transferred to another hotel of theirs called Hotel President Solin which has 5 stars. I was thrilled since I didn't have to pay anything more. First problem for me was that it was in Solin, which is a 20 min drive to Split center and that meant that I had to use my car at least twice a day to go the beach and the city. I arrived at 2PM and nobody at the front door of this 5 star hotel (none of the days we stayed) so we had to take our luggage by ourselves and the free parking was something that I had to figure out by myself because they had like 10 spaces in front of the hotel and that's it. Anyway, I was told that my room is ready. When I entered the room it was a disaster because they hadn't cleaned it up from the previous guest who had a dog and everything was a mess, dog food laying around, hairs, pizza boxes, smelly bathroom. I went back to front desk and they apologized and said it will be ready in 10-15 min and that didn't happen because I checked in after 4PM. Thank god they had a pool to pass the time. The room was clean when I reentered and spacious but was lacking some amenities like ironing and reliable wifi (big issue). Shower cabin was a big inconvenience because was in the tub and very narrow. There was a jacuzzi there and it would have been great if it worked, but no luck there (maybe it was just my room). If you order in the restaurant you will wait over 40 minutes for starters even if you are the only table. Also the balconies were adjoined.
It was a quiet place and very relaxing. Big king bed and comfortable. Big room, spacious bathroom. Jacuzzi included. Spa and wellness, 2 big clean pools. Breakfast included, nice daily menu with 3 courses for 160 kuna per person.
