My one "complaint" would be the size of the room... but since I booked a "Standard" room I really can't complain. If you need or enjoy a lot of room, you might consider one of their larger rooms. The room we did have was nice/clean... just a bit small, but again, that is on me.

Sadly we only took advantage of the included breakfast on our second/last day. Our fault. We missed that point when Luca was telling us about Spirito Santo. We were both kicking ourselves when we did "finally' enjoy a fantastic breakfast in a truly unique setting. We did enjoy a wonderful dinner in the restaurant one night too. Amazing beef cheeks... literally melt in your mouth and lamb chops to 'die' for. Lots of great restaurants in Rovinj and with only 2 nights to spend there, this restaurant was definitely the best choice. I have to add that Luca and the staff were so very friendly and so helpful with our heavy luggage. We drove all around Croatia and had to use a private parking area for our rental. Luca helped with the luggage from the lot to the hotel making our stay just that much better. It is 'the little things".

The only suggestion I have is that the parking location should have been communicated before arrival.

The service was impeccable. Helena quickly welcomed us when we arrived and assisted us in booking activities. She was friendly and made our already great stay even better. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. The property and staff exceeded our expectations.

Specifically Elena (not sure I’m spelling this correctly ) and Luca were so extremely welcoming and helpful. So much guidance around the town and joyful to share their home with us. They made our stay a 12 out of 10. Such a charming area and beautiful accommodations. We had a wonderful stay!

The shower/toilet area in our room was surprisingly small! Like taking a shower in a phone booth. We did not see any other guest rooms, so it's possible this was just a quirk of our unusually shaped room. Our room had a large window or sliding glass door looking directly at some upper dining tables in the restaurant a few feet away -- this was a little weird -- but the curtains were opaque so we could have privacy. The interior stone steps throughout the building could be quite challenging for anyone with any sort of disability or movement limitations. Watch your step! These were minor quirks, but were the reason I would rate as 9/10 instead of 10/10.

A beautiful hotel in a great location in a charming city. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was superb -- we did not try the dining in the evening. For our beach outing, we walked 2.5km south along the waterfront to the public beach -- it was great. Hotel staff gave us beach towels to use.

Beautifully appointed, with delightful staff willing to help in any way. Breakfast was very extensive and dinner was pretty special. Lovely spacious rooms and lots of attention to detail.

We had the top room with ‚balcony‘. The balcony actually is the rooftop which could be decorated a bit more nicely. The view from there is sensational.

Nice little Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to explore Rovinj. First class dinner in the restaurant and everything you can wish for breakfast. We arrived by car and got picked up at the last roundabout before the pedestrian zone. From there we got escorted to the parking lot and transferred to the hotel by Luca in a golf cart.

Jelena and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was gorgeous and the location was great. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Cannot fault any part of this incredible piece of history, turned into a hotel.

The most romantic marriage between old world charm and ultra modern tones in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel. Exceptional design, spacious bedrooms with a quirky and clever layout. This stay so far has been the highlight of our Croatian holiday.

Navigation to the hotel was challenging so customers should be notified prior to arrival if they are driving on their own.

Location was perfect to explore Rovinj. Hotel staff was wonderful , along with the outstanding breakfast and dinner offerings. The waiters Ruben and his brother Thomas were the most attentive and truly great assets to the restaurant.

I did not get the the ckeck-in information telling me what to do about parking. But once I was there they were VERY helpful and accomodating!

This is an exceptional hotel - creatively designed out of 3 old buildings. All the stairs might be tricky for older guests but otherwise it is wonderful!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and also had an amazing meal eating dinner at the restaurant. Their new chef, trained at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, is highly creative and made one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The wild rabbit with polenta was one of my favorites. The attention to detail in the food, was matched with friendly and informed care from our server.

It was beautifully designed. New & quite luxurious. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast area was large & lovely with a large variety of food. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It was in the center of the old district & only a short walk to waterfront.

Luca was amazing! He was friendly, professional and bent over backwards to be helpful. When we first arrived, we called him and he immediately came to meet us to show us where to park then brought us along with all our luggage back to the hotel. Upon arrival, he brought all of our luggage to our room. After that he served us fresh ice tea while he checked us in. He provided restaurant suggestions and mapped out highlights.
