We felt some of the hot food was repetitive. Many sauces and seasoning on meats were too salty. The red wine was not very good, definitely too tart. Our shower was very hard to use, the low shower head and the narrow deep bathtub.

Cheerful and positive Staff Good value for us.The Bar service was excellent. The Pool area and lounges were wonderful. Lovely sitting areas with comfortable furniture Rooms were very spacious with lots of storage So close the the ocean.

It was dirty. Our room was above the ventilation and was constantly noisy. The bathroom roof was destroyed and full of spider webs. There were no ventilation inside the bathroom. The air conditioning was locked for the whole hotel and our thermostat was not working. The towels were dirty and we had to ask MULTIPLE times to have them replaced with clean ones. They didn’t wanted to play a football match on the TV inside the lobby bar for us. The coffee machine was terrible on breakfast.

Food was good but more like in a cantine. Many old guests witch are out of our age range. Queen bed were only two beds next to each other which make it very uncomfortable. We could hear every voice from the neighbours bathroom

It’s an old hotel. Hotel rooms are not soundproof and you always hear what other neighbors are doing or talking. The food is not the best. If you want to taste more food, then you must be there immediately when the buffet is open. We stayed 1 week and there was no french fries at all in the options of menu. Staff is generally not cheerful. There are some exceptions of them, many thanks to them! But in majority they are not so kind. They don’t even say greetings when you meet them in corridor or in bar, restaurant.. I also very surprised when people crush to another, they don’t say sorry and just go on their way.

The best part; it’s just in seaside. Hotel, the pool, green field and the sea are in very short distance. Easy to walk. There are live music and shows at night, which is another good part. Sport activities, animation are fine and joyful. With family, it’s ok.

Some guests simply could not behave, like takeaway fruits and food from the dining room, or leaving empty glasses all over the grass. The staff was very patient and never rude with them. It is not the Hotel's fault, but it was sad to watch.

We were at the end of the summer. The Hotel is much more better, than we expected. the rooms are clean, tha staff is nice, and you can always find something nice to eat. The evening programs are fun. We had a very nice week there. The sea is very close, and the pool is clean.

Room airco was a bit hard to set for ideal level (not too cold - not too hot). Coctails could be a bit better by ingridients. Otherwise still worth spent there the 4th vacation in a row!

if you have a room facing the park it is very noisy at 5:30 am, ( dellivery services) it’s impossible to sleep after 5:30 am you can hear other people in the bathroom (poor isulation, no privacy) Too much plastic for drinks Dirty sunbeds Evening programme should be better ( music like 30 yeaes ago)

Our room was not big enough for 2 double beds, meaning we couldn't open the wardrobe or patio doors! Some of the bar staff were not friendly at all. If the room had been a genuine family room, we wouldn't have any other complaints.

The hotel had its own adjacent beach which was great for snorkelling. The reception staff were excellent as was Ennis and the young man who gave out the towels (sorry I forgot his name). The food was tasty but repetitive.

Room cleaning isn't really consistent and the towels and of best quality.

Beach was really close. It is concrete but water is clean. There are a lot of sunbeds available. Hotel swimming pool is great for kids and there a rea lot of activities there. Food is excellent with a lot of options for every meal.

Nice hotel ( old but nice ), with own garden, beautiful see, pool, bikes......Hotel is old and would need a renovation, but it is clean incl. hotel rooms. There is nobody cleaning the garden ( full bins the whole day ), nobody cleans sun beds and umbrellas....Restaurant is huge - meal is not very good - quite a good choice of everything, but cooked in very bad way ( all the meat - even a tuna fish - is very tough and dried....), the restaurant staff is very unpleasant ( there was just one older man - do not remember the name - that was very nice and a lady called Elena - she was the only one who was able to make a good coffee at the lobby bar ), the rest of the fb staff ignores you, never smiles and starts cleaning and closing part of the buffet 40 min before the end of dinner.... the reception staff and housekeeping is very nice and kind.

Ants in the bathroom. Dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 should be offset by one hour (19:00 to 22:00). Why a single room key instead of a pair of them? Air conditioning controls in the room were a bit quirky, we treated them as an on/off switch, despite there being a knob to set the desired temperature - it disregards the setting entirely (you need to choose between being hot or being cold).

The beach, room size and room location. Food selection during meals. The location is great, lots of space, never crowded, unless you are one of the beach umbrella hogs.

Together with our room was people who listen music very loudly. Smoked was all around our room. We have children’s and that kind of naigbhors not ok. Administration must to put clients with children’s and that who always drunk, smoked and listen music loudly to not put together.

The hotel needs some small renovations and care in some places, for example, I have noticed some broken floor ceramic around the swimming pool if someone has a vision problem or even a child may step on it and injure his/her foot. I have also noticed this on of the stairs to reach down to the sea (dozens of bare nails/screws on the stairs)! The animation team are supposed to be more active and innovative. The arcade room is very basic and not entertaining at all. Cheese Sandwiches at the pool bar are all with meat( some people are vegetarian while others do not eat processed meat). I also noticed there are Cheese, butter, and spread chocolate as well as Honey in the meantime there is no bread to spread these on! Waiting in the queue at the reception to ask a question or inquiry about something, however, the receptionists are well qualified and extremely helpful. Finally, I am writing about the cons that I have noticed during my stay wishing to focus on these points and to solve the above-mentioned problems (I am not here to criticise!). I am Looking forward to visiting you soon this summer for a longer period ☀️😉😘
