The room wasn’t as up to date as expected. The walls had black marks from previous furniture, the grout in the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, and the carpet was old and worn. However, the bed was comfortable and we liked the lighting fixture.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Additionally, the restaurant downstairs was delicious! Location was decent walking distance to the main area in Zagreb and was safe and quiet.

Very good stay at Slisko Hotel. Good breakfast with lots of options, lovely bar and sitting room. All staff were friendly and engaged. We had the most excellent service and friendly welcome at reception. 10 ***** stars for the friendliness, politeness, professionalism and competence of the gentleman receptionist on 29th and 30th May 2024 who makes absolutely all the difference. Only one major thing, and otherwise there were just minor things that weren’t a problem, like having to take two elevators to get to the second floor. My only complaint is that WiFi was slow in my room (the connection was weak).

Lovely place, conveniently close to the bus station. Great staff who were extremely attentive. The location is a pleasant walk from the center of the city, but nevertheless a walk (or short public transit or Uber ride)

I would have really liked if the hotel had apartments to offer - two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms. I do realize the price is going to be higher, but I don't mind.

Even though we had mixed up our reservation (had it placed for one day earlier), the staff did their best to provide the accommodation in question. The pizza restaurant is excellent and in our case was what saved us from going into the rain to look for a table in a restaurant.

I booked for eleven people; in general, the rooms were very good but with a certain degree of variability, with some being better than the others. The hotel itself was very nice with a restaurant, private garden and underground private parking (15 euros a day per vehicle). Breakfast was good and varied, served from 7 to 10 a.m.; the position was also good since in 20 minutes we could walk to the city center.

Room was big clean and new. the staff are just AMAZING. smiling, helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this hotel which has wonderful atmosphere and very cool style. we loved our stay! Also, if you are bike rider, there is an amazing bike repair store 170 meters from the hotel and the train is 2 km a way. the airport is 14 km from the hotel.

There were no toilettes luckily I brought my own shower gel and shampoo. The hotel room could benefit from an electric kettle and some herbal tea bags for guests to help themselves wine down in the evening.

The night receptionist named Marko was very rude and he questioned my English. I asked him if I could have still water and he said that it’s not called still water but natural mineral water. I told him that that’s a synonym and he denied my statement.

I got an upgraded room which was much bigger than what I booked and the bathroom was also nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. Most of the staff were kind and were always willing to help, especially the housekeeping staff; they ironed my suit without hesitation.
