The parking is a bit far, which is understandable in that area, but the owner was helpful. He parked my car for me, and at check-out, the staff walked me to my car.

The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the amenities are excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

So much better than I ever expected. The owners have spared no expense and have thought of everything. There are umbrellas in the hallway, the plugs do not require American adapters, there is a sleep machine, although when doesn’t need it because the rooms are so quiet, security and the location can’t be beat. It’s the only hotel in Europethat I didn’t have to lug a suitcase long distance over a cobblestone Street yet it was a stone throw away from her exactly I wanted to be

Exceptional customer service from contacting what time of arrival . To personalised meet and greet showing and explaining where everything else in the room. Comfortable bed and shower was amazing . Room had everything needed including free films to watch before bed. Breakfast vouchers are easy to use and find outside the hotel at a lovely bistro .

The throw rugs in the main room were dirty and so was the coverlet on the chair.

Great location for walking to restaurants and Diocletian's Palace. The room has very good windows to keep it quiet though it is on a busy street and noisy when the windows are open. The room is beautiful, large and has a very comfortable bathroom. NIce desk and big closet. The safe was a good bonus.

when we first arrived from overseas trip, no one was at the office for check in. They arrived shortly, but a note on the door or something would have prevented us from panicking!

The room was very comfortable, everything worked well, good shower! It was really great that the student market was right next door; we could easily get snacks and breakfast fare and keep them in the fridge in the room.

I really liked the property so my comment is actually about the breakfast voucher. The restaurant did not open for breakfast until 9am which may have changed from 8am for off-season. I had to go somewhere else so I would miss my tour.

Just because a room can sleep 3 adults, doesn't mean they will fit. The room I booked was never going to be able to accommodate 3 adults and luggage.

The location was great. The accommodation was booked for 3 adults but was too small to accommodate 3 adults. The Management and staff quickly arranged an additional room at a discounted price to assist which was much appreciated. Supermarket next door was handy.

The place was in a great location, less than 5 min far away of one of the entrances to the Old Old town. Staff was very helpful at every time and provided us with useful information. Beds were very confy and clean was spotless.

The only complaint and not the hotels issue was a broken sidewalk that could definitely break an ankle when you walk outside of the hotel. The paid parking facility was a little too far.

The apartment we rented was a beautiful one bedroom suite that had an island kitchen with fancy stools, sitting area with couch, television, desk, beautiful bathroom and bedroom. There was a lot of space that we didn't expect. Loved how we were right there in the restricted zone near all the fun happenings Split had to offer.
