The steps! There needs to be a way to bring luggage in through the ground floor doors. No brown bread with the breakfast.

The cereal had moths in it. We told the staff. Instead of replacing the cereal they just opened the lid and let the moths fly away. Lunch took so long to arrive we missed the ferry

No food labelling for allergens at breakfast and maybe some extra veggie and extra juice flavours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great a few minutes walk from everything in the old town you can take regular breaks to the hotel if required. I will book here again.

Parking is a challenge as the hotel is within the pedestrian area of the city.

This hotel was in an excellent location for walking all through the pedestrianized area of the city. It also provided a very nice breakfast included in the room cost which was very convenient.

No fridge. Even though there seemed to be a spot for a mini fridge, there wasn’t one available

A very clean, modern and ultra chique hotel. One of the best bathrooms we have encountered on our travels, very welcoming staff & breakfast was a delight. They make your eggs on demand & any way you want. The coffee is also made fresh from their espresso machine which is a nice change. It’s a very short walk to the hotel from the taxi drop off station, but there are a few steps up to the main door. However if you have difficulties walking up steps (such as my husband), they have a lift available at the rear of the building. Just let them know you’ve arrived and they’ll help you with your luggage and escort you to the lift. All the staff were pleasant and polite. Really close to all restaurants/bars, shops, entertainment, port and beach. There is no fridge in the rooms, even though there seems to be a spot for a fridge. But you can use the large communal fridge located on the same level as reception. The closest beach - Bacvice - is a bit dirty & very overcrowded. The beach chairs are $25 Euro each but you can lie on the sand (if you can find a spot), or along the concrete paths. When staying here, they give you a one of 20% discount for the restaurant below them. Stayed in room 203.

Located in Old Split - very central to old town and water front. Beautiful renovated hotel & rooms in oldest hotel in Split, facilities were modern nd up tp date, but the heritage of the building was ever present and perfectly conserved. Breakfast in the restaurant catered for all needs and included the best coffee of our trip. All staff were very friendly and helpful - would thoroughly recommend.
