Walls are thin and doors heavy and slam. Unfortunately the people in adjoining rooms were very noisy til 5am so we got no sleep.

The room was spotless and modern, double windows keep noise from outside to minimum.

I loved everything

The apartment is right in the centre of Zadar old town.Its a beautiful old building, and it was very easy to find with instructions from our host on how to enter the apartment with a code to lock boxes.It is a contemporary apartment very modern beautifully renovated. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the shower was great👍.I would highly recommend a stay here.

Slight discomfort that the noise (doors closing/guests talking etc) from the corridor that is shared with 3 other apartments could be heard from within the suite. A dishwasher would also have been a bonus.

The communication with the host was excellent - Vladimir was very helpful from sharing video instructions about the check-in which made the procedure very smooth to providing recommendations for restaurants/activities in the area. The location of the apartment was also great; in the less busy/noisy part of Zadar Old Town yet still a short walk from all the main sightseeings/stores/beach.

No towels to the beach and this was very inconvenient. No washing machine - my bad - I missed it in the description. 3 forks, spoons were not sometimes enough for a family with 3 members :) it’s not a big deal, just a space for improvement.

Great location in the city center so lots of places of interest were too close. We enjoyed going for a walk there in the evening. Fantastic place with breakfast Corte restaurant 10-minute walk, my personal recommendation. The host allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Check in was very easy as Vladimir gave us detailed instructions. It took us 15-20 minutes to go to the calm piece of beach.

It was all good.

Everything went well. Vladimir was incredibly helpful and sent me a video of how to access the property. The location was perfect, easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable (even my 14 year daughter was impressed). Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is in an excellent location and just minutes away from where you need to be from Zadar. The apartment is clean, organized, modern and safe. Vladimir was very quick to respond to anything before and during my time there. Absolutely a gem in Zadar and should be considered for your adventures. Perfect position in the old town for this lovely studio apartment, has everything you need and close to everything. Apartment was super clean, host Vlado was very friendly, and very helpful, with great advice on the local area and excursions. Would highly recommend, we had a fabulous stay.

It had a shared entrance with other apartments, it was like an en-suite room with kitchen within a larger apartment. So it made it a little bit noisy when other tenats were coming in and out. But maybe i just didn't read the description carefully enough

The keys to open the corridor door and the apartment were the same, which made us think that all the apartments could have the same keys? We don't know. But nothing happened to our things and Zadar is really safe!

The location was great! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was simply perfect! I loved the big windows too. Vladimir is a great host! They even kept our luggage for us during the day, so we could enjoy the city for longer, after the check out and before our flight.

Localisation was excellent, really close to basically everything. Place was really clean, comfortable, two rooms, we could put our daughter asleep and still talk over the wine in the second room. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped. Owner was super helpful, he answered every question and let us store our luggage after the checkout. I highly recommend this place!

They only negative thing is that the accomodation does not have a parking space. There is an area around 15 minutes away where you can park. There was one side were you had to pay and another half where there were no signals. Being dark and being not sure it looks risky to park there. We took the risk and everything was ok.

I received a video with the instructions about how to get the keys. The apartment has many rooms and you get a key for the apartment door and your room. They key for the street door is on the combination lock attached to the wall, but we found the street door always open. Location is great, offering you all restaurants, coffee and bars at close distance. We asked the host about some recommendations for having dinner and he gave us few recommendations. The day we were leaving we asked to leave the luggage in the apartment, but they do not have a place to do so. It would be nice that they have some cabinets with keys to let you leave your luggage and make the most of your visit. Luckily as there were cleaning they let us leave the luggage and come back 2 hours later.

This is a great apartment right in the centre of the Zadar old town. There is no reception desk but this is not a some kind of grey-market operation - it is a fully sign posted business. The manager contacted me immediately after I had made the booking with video instrucitons on self-entry. He was also very helpful regarding where to park nearby. Very unusually for short term rental it is a proper 1 bedroom apartment, so if you wake early you can get up and close the door to the bedroom and let your other half can sleep in. The apartment is just footsteps away from an excellent restauarant and also a large square. You are right in the middle of the old town so it is lively in the evening, but later in the night the bars close and it is dead quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Appartment is very compact , so space is at a premium.
