I missed the mini bar in the room, but the bar in the foyer was excellent. The breakfast food was delicious, but I would have appreciated it if the allergens were indicated.

The room was spacious and accessible. Very clean. Beautiful indoor pool. Extravagant breakfast. Excellent location. Impeccable service by ALL the staff.

On arrival the tv kept switching off, this was later replaced and thereafter it’s performance was satisfactory We couldn’t understand why the fridge was locked - we had bottle of wine we wanted to cool

Each evening requested a bucket of ice - finally got one on the fourth night. No explanation for the other nights. Staff in Tossimo Restsurant were quite snobbish and not always as attentive as would have liked. Reception, housekeeping and bar staff excellent. Buffet was hardy and replenished quickly.

There are strict conditions for pets that I have not encountered in other hotels, and additional documents that you need to read and sign. For example, you can't take dogs with you to breakfast, which is understandable, but you also can't leave them alone in the room. What to do with the dog in that case?! I expect that these are some unnecessary strictness and precaution that the hotel will correct over time.

The staff during breakfast was extremely accommodating and kind,...if I remember the name correctly, Anka was one of those who organized the staff, and it was a job well done....

The walk to the old town had heavy car traffic, but not too bad.

Comfortable business class hotel with concierge service. Nice pool and sauna facilities. Perfect for first nights in Zagreb and recovery from jet-lag.

Lock broke on the first day but was fixed. Bar fridge never worked despite informing reception every day for 4 days. It still wasn’t fixed when we checked out.

Slightly confusing payment system. Card blocked for payment and also a charge on card in case of any damage to room etc. There was a mix up in the end (my bank at fault) but it meant that for a short period I was charged and also had block on card. We have never experienced this before on checking in. Hotel were helpful when I contacted them.

Hotel was lovely. Offered upgrade which was great. Good transport links. Staff very helpful and gave us lots of really good information about Zagreb.

Everything in the hotel, from the room, the cafe bar, the restaurant, the swimming pool, and the entire staff is to be commended and it is very difficult to find something that we did not like during our stay.

The hotel is large, modern and frequented mostly by foreign guests. It is located in the very center of the city, just a minute's walk from the main city square. The hotel is in an excellent location, is very safe and offers guests luxurious accommodation.

Parking in the hotel building's indoor parking lot was the most important thing when booking a place.

The downside is that there is extra charge for the parking where a spot cannot be reserved. There is also extra charge for breakfast which could have more choice for food intollerant people. They also charge extra for the dog( my was small shi tzu).

The hotel is conviniently located in the centre in lower town of Zagreb right opposite the main train station. It has all the facilities for business or leisure traveller. The room was spatious (at least mine) on the 6th floor and it is very clean.
