No lifeguards around swimming pool

This hotel is very well designed, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast/ dinner and all staff very super friendly. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and really enjoyed it. On one of the days we celebrated my wife’s birthday and received a nice message and a small cake in the room. Every day we enjoyed bars , restaurants in the hotel and out. Location is great, very picturesque. Would recommend

It was amazing! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. Our room was cleaned daily, and there were great amenities like a children's room and a sports program for adults. The gym was well-equipped, and we loved the spa, saunas, and both indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children. Each day, complimentary water and coffee were provided in our room. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. For those seeking more excitement, Dubrovnik is easily accessible by water.

Restaurant opening times were restricted - particularly for dinner (evening meal). Variety of food was a bit sparser than other 5 star facilities we have been to. One could not french fries on its own for example. Pillows were uncomfortable

- There are always some small things that could be done better, but it didn't disturb our nice vacation (e.g. replaces a broken, flickering light bulb upon request or remembers to replace clean drinking glasses in the room every day).

- The location of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful. - Boat connection to Dubrovnik's old town and Cavtat is a nice alternative to a taxi or bus. - Good restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel.

Smoking on the balcony at breakfast. Especially for guests that were not eating breakfast, they should be directed to the front of the hotel.

Beautiful clean hotel with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very fresh and varied. Rooms were cleaned very well. Staff were polite, helpful with advice and friendly. Not a big deal, but most attractions are a 10-15 min drive, but Uber drivers are regularly available. All the spa facilities are spacious, and very clean.

I was expecting that in one of days my room will be cleaned also in the afternoon, but perhaps in this case I should request the cleaning the room in the afternoon at the reception at first.

Food was nice but a bit expensive for the quality, wine was very overpriced, this is normal in restaurants and hotels but it felt excessively priced here.

Lovely hotel with great spa facilities and bars, great location for dubrovnik and the beach! Staff at the reception were super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent quality and lots of options available. Room was always impeccably cleaned.

Cant think of anything substantial

It’s an incredible location and the hotel overall is kind of unique. I absolutely love that people come there for a quiet holiday and I hope it stays the same as there are very few placed you can enjoy and actually have a rest in peace. The whole surrounding area is remarkable and you can have very nice walks along the seaside. There are very nice restaurants around and coffee places as well. The staff very helpful and responsive. They met all my needs which I really appreciate.

Staff went above and beyond to quell my concerns when I had to leave my cruise from the Norwegian Viva, and spend the night at the hotel before flying back to the states. Marko and Ruth went worked with my until the confusing and incorrect information the ship had given me about my passport status was straightened out.
