Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is a market across the building and location is perfect, close to museums, restourants and the sea. The owner was very polite and helpful for everything we needed. My son was happy with the jacuzzi :) I recommend this appartment to anyone who is searching for accomodation in Rijeka

New ZealandParking was difficult for us mostly because of the narrow, one way streets and being unfamiliar with manual right-hand drive but our host was extremely helpful and we wound up with a park directly outside the apartment
Large and comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean. It was sadly too hot to consider trying out the sauna and spa bath but they were a great inclusion. Helpful and friendly host.

Nice luxary and modern appartment with airco, sauna and Nice Bath with bubbles! All the hotspots are in a 2 hour driving range. So you can use this accommodation as your base for exploring croatia. Arsen will gladly help you with arranging a rentalcar and give advice on the best places to eat in Rijeka. If you wanna eat at home, Supermarket is literally across the street. So Everyday fresh bread. It sells al the essentials you need. 10/10 would visit again!

GermanyNot necessarily a downside, but something to keep in mind if you're with a larger car. The parking spaces in the street are quite narrow and it is always quite full. However, there is always a spot to be found nearby.
Highly recommended! We were kindly welcomed by Arsen, who was waiting at the door with the key. He gave us a short tour of the beautiful apartment and explained the important things. He even had a basket of fresh fruit ready for us, delicious! The apartment has everything you need and more, the highlight being the bubblebath and sauna. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!

When you enter the apartment and he begins to show you the bathroom, it's very funny because he stays very calm but we as guests were just fascinated by the whirlpool and sauna. Very Very great for couples and a romantic luxurious holiday in my opinion! Thank you for everything, also the free welcome gift on the table. ;-)
