Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Germanyit doesn't get much better than that. Very warm welcome from the owner and his family. Very clean and high-quality equipment, ideal for two people. The island of Brac is a little paradise and we hope to come back sometime for a slightly longer stay.

GermanyEverything was exceptional, couldn’t get any better. The hosts are amazing, super friendly and gave us amazing tips on what to see/visit on the island while we were there. The apartment was superb, exceptionally clean, modern, with everything (and I mean everything!) you could possibly need. Awesome balcony, awesome views, awesome bathroom, awesome grill, really near to a sand beach, to the first store… There is nothing even remotely bad I can say about our stay at Salsa. But most of all, the hosts are what made this trip one of the best trips to Supetar we’ve had. Would book it every time the chance appears!

AustriaThe location is some 10 minutes walk to the center of Supetar, but the supermarket is 2minutes away and the beach is 5 minutes walking. Everything was great and we would stay here again for sure.
We really liked staying at Salsa apartment. Andro was very helpful and pleasant and even though he wasn't present there he was reachable by phone and he reached out to see if we needed something. His parents met us because they live at the property, gave us keys and explained everything. Wonderful hosts. The best thing about this apartment is that you can tell that the host try really hard and that they put a lot of effort to make this a comfortable stay. It is one of the best equipped accommodation I've ever seen. It had everything from the dishwasher and washing machine, to fully equipped kitchen with all the cleaning products you can imagine. Very comfortable and nice. Parking is on the property just in front of the entrance. The balcony is nice, with table and chairs and swinging outdoor sofa which is a nice touch. We were extremely pleased with our stay here and would recommend it!

PolandThe property is located in a quiet part of the city. Close to sandy beaches (400 m), 5 minutes by a foot. 200 m to the nearest market. Nice balcony with the sea and Split view. Thanks to its northern location, a light breeze was still blowing there. Very kind and helpful host. Parking next to the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.

This place was fully fully equipped with anything you needed! This was such a pleasant surprise! On our balcony we could see the sunrise and the sunset which was the best! It fits perfectly one couple maybe one couple with a baby. It was super clean, equipped, and everything looked so nice! I wanted to write the review while being there - that much I liked it :)

United KingdomReally there is nothing to complain about the property, as the accommodation was excellent. Apart from the noise of the building works next door. This really wasn’t a problem for us as we were out earlier but it can be loud.
This was a very comfy and clean apartment. Andy had arranged for all the things you could possibly need. Which was excellent. Bed is big and very comfy. Kitchen has everything we could need. Lovely views from the veranda.
