I think AC is not meant to warm the room if you have cold floor. Kitchen shall have also a pot to warm up milk or soup . These are only recommendations. We are not saying we didn’t get full support from host. She was very kind and responsive.

Great location, very clean and private. Host was amazing! She walked us to a laundry service and picked up our clothes for us later in the day because we were out on an excursion. Simple room, but it was all we needed!

Palma was in the perfect location about 100 meters from the old town in a quiet side street. A 2 minute walk and you're in the old town split. The room was clean and tidy, with ensuite bathroom and small kitchen. The host was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.

Host was very friendly and welcoming on arrival, excellent location in Split, walking distance to the main restaurants and promenade. Room was clean and had enough space for two people. Managed to get free parking right outside the apartment, sometimes you have to wait for places to become available.

Not much not to like. The only other thing I could add is that it would have been nice to have a small microwave.

Location was excellent. Jelena was very friendly and accommodating. I loved how clean the room was! There were plenty of towels- they were clean and in excellent condition but I would have loved a couple of facecloths so I wouldn’t have had to dirty another large towel.

Everything was amazing. Rooms Palma is very close to the historic center, so we did not need any extra transportation. It has a boiler, a fridge and a sink where you can prepare some breakfast and maybe a salad. Jelena was very nice to us and also Antonio. Thanks!

Great place to stay in the hearth of Split. The room was really quiet even though it is in the center of the city. just 5 min walk to all attractions. The room was very clean with a comfy bed. Our host was really nice. We would stay here if we come back again.

Great location and very helpful host. Jelena welcomed us on arrival, gave us few tips and tricks to go around in the city and made us feel comfortable. The room is in the old town but still far enough from all the hiatle bustle so that you can sleep peacefully, there ard many restaurants and cafe in a walking distance from the hotel.

Rooms Palma located very close to the center ( just 5-7 min. walking!). The room itself is very cosy, the bed is very comfortable, it is very clean! Outside of the room there is also a table with 2 chairs. Jelena was a great host! She was waiting for us already on the street, helped us to find a free parking place just in front of the room, was very friendly and always ready to help! We highly recommend this place!!

The only slight downside is that the property only accept cash, this was fine but would have been good to know before as the exchange rate in split was very high.

The location was great, walking distance to everywhere we needed. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we could need. Jelena (host) was very friendly and helpful which just added to our experience. A very comfortable stay and good value for money!
