I couldn't get the lid on the kettle to stay put, so couldn't boil any water. Only a small thing and didn't impact my stay.

The owner provided clear instructions for check in which made my late arrival easy. The location is in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of tourist sites and the ferry terminal. It didn't bother me but be aware the rooms are on the third floor and there is no lift. There is a coffee machine!

Central location, just off a busy street but very quiet. Very secure access. Private bathroom, with excellent shared kitchen facilities. The apartment was clean, shower was good. Easy check in, good communication from the host.

The location of the property is incredible, right in the heart of the Old Town - but with no outside noise! The instructions of how to access the apartment were brilliant - especially as our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving at 2am!! The room was clean and comfortable with much needed air conditioning! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My room was number 2 and it was terrible. It is very noisy room with view to the street. I was not able to sleep there. If the window was closed the room was very hot (air conditioner is very noisy too) and when the window open there was noise from the street (restaurant under the window). All the other things were great but this aspect is important for me.

The room was very clean as a bathroom. Equipment was sufficient. Wifi was great. The owner was very helpfull. The key was in the key locker so it was very easy to go in. And I agree that everything is close to this accomodation.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom but with the AC on, it was better. Only remark for improvement.

This accommodation real advantage is the location, in the heart of Zadar, in the old town, a few meters from the forum. The host is also super nice and very friendly. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. A good place to stay for Zadar !

Absolutely no disadventages

We really liked all about our stay in Rooms Old Town. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It feels like he really cares about the apartament and guests; everything is clean, kitchen is well equiped (dishwasher, coffee machine), air conditioner in our room also helped us a lot with Zadar temperatures ;) The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Town of Zadar, somehow it wasn't too loud even at night despite all the restaurants out there. You can buy some delicious local food on the Trznica market, just 2 minutes away, all other attractions are also just few minutes walking from here. The photos on booking match the real apartament, price is very good for the overall experience.

We had first night in a room with street view and it was terrible noisy in the night due to the restaurants. We asked to change the room next day so we got a smaller room but quiet. We were charged with 20 euro cash.

The coffee was great. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen and rooms were very clean with everything you need. very ideal location in Old Town Zadar. Marijan is very welcoming and nice.

Take into account that it is a third floor without a lift so if you have any kind of knee or asthma problems think about it, but apart from that, everything was perfect!

If we were to come back to Zadar we woukd surely get this place again. The room is very clean and the common spaces are very comfortable. We thought it would be awkward to have flatmates but everyone was so nice and respectful. Also, it is in the very center and it takes less than 5 minutes to get anywhere. The owners are very nice and take care everything is correct. Lastly, the coffee they use is so good we'd get back to Zadat just to drink it again. 10/10 recommended!!!
