Super breakfast! Really one of the best that I have ever had. Been in many 5 star hotels, but this was one of the best.

We stayed in mid-September and loved it. Great variety of areas to chill and relax - outdoor and indoor pools, and the spa was fantastic. Staff were lovely, couldn’t be more helpful. We walked into old town every day and caught an Uber back. Loved it all.

Amazing view of the pool and of course the beautiful sea and mountains. We were greeted by lovely staff who went over and beyond to make our stay memorable that we even considered extending.. location is about 25 mins walk from old town entrance but the hotel would arrange for a car upon request and taxis back are waiting by the entrance.. Breakfast is nice and dinner recommendations by front desk was phenomenal with amazing views of the city wall.. Definitely on our go back to list..

The smell of damp in the long corridor to our room was off putting. We were unable to sit outside on our patio to enjoy the sea view in the evenings, as the sprinkler system flooded our terrace. Great to have a room with a sea view, but very disappointing not to be able to sit out and enjoy it on a warm evening.

Lovely hotel, in a great location with stunning views. Very friendly staff. Beds very comfortable, food excellent. Great beach area for swimming and relaxing.

As expected with a resort like this, the onsite dining and drinks were very overpriced at the pool and lobby bars.

Fabulous location not that far from the Old Town. There was so much to do here with great facilities and we loved our stay. The buffet breakfast and dinners were amazing too and the staff were lovely.

Everything was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a lovely balcony. The food in the restaurants delicious. Great parking .

Overall nothing. Except one day when there was an evening event at the hotel with loud music. For early sleepers, it was a little bit disturbing.

The hotel location, facilities, services and definitely the friendly staff are exceptional. The beach with its Cristal water was amazing too. The beach has no shore, but for me, that was the beauty. I would come again, at least for a weekend.

Bathroom tub/shower set up needs updating, but otherwise we enjoyed the property. It was very busy, and the staff was able to keep the place clean.

Amenity rich hotel right on the water. Beautiful setting and can be self contained. You don't need to leave for much but of course you are there to see Dubrovnik. Breakfast was plentiful and food good. Reasonable walk to the old town and taxis are generally available.

We travelled with 4 teenagers and keeping them occupied was the main priority! The hotel had amazing facilities so they were happily independently entertained our entire stay. It's close enough to the old town to let them go on their own. We had the most relaxing stay and would absolutely return.

Beautiful hotel with stunning access to the sea which was easy to access. The pool service was also good- the waiters didn’t bother you but if you did want service they were readily available. The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was a little bit dark if I was to be pedantic but overall no complaints and would be coming back!

The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik,The rooms were spacious and beautiful The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We liked everything very much.

To be expected but hotel prices are very inflated for food and drink - be prepared for a hefty bill at the end of your stay. Concierge excursion costs very high compared to what you get if you go direct (eg boat trips). Their markup maybe doesnt need to be as much. A little frustrating that they start to pack up the sunbeds well before 6pm advertised time to set up the fish restaurant - comes across as a little forced and puts an abrupt stop to relaxing at the end of the day. You can literally open your eyes to find all beds moved from around you and staff and expecting you to just pack up and leave. Suggest they leave it later or come up with a way of not combining the fish restaurant and sun bed area. Our last night coincided with a private event being held in the hotel - the loud music to 1am was not such an issue as it was a one off but the rude and offensive language coming from the event host was out of order - swearing and criticizing/insulting other hotel guests on a microphone for the apparent amusement of his crowd. Suggest the hotel thinks carefully about who they allow to use their facilities as it reflects on them too. I suspect there were a number of complaints.
