We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe property was ideal and was as stated in the description. I guess the stairs up to the room may be a problem for some but my husband has mobility issues and was fine. The owner helped with the luggage too.
I loved the room, it was tastefully decorated, had Tv, air con, small fridge. The bed was fabulous. So comfortable. Had the best nights sleep. It was so quiet too. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.

United KingdomCan't think of anything we didn't like about the accommodation given how good value for money it was. One concern was that a photo was taken of my passport. Given that is contains personal data I would like to be assured that the photo is deleted when no longer needed and not passed on to any third party. Thank you.
Nice welcome. Pleasant area. Close to City centre. Kitchen facilities were appreciated. Good bathroom facilities. Pleasant decor. Quiet at night for such a busy area.

-> Great location, in the heart of Split but not too noisy and this is a big plus as we were able to sleep like babies -> Great communication with the host which was kind enough to wait for us at the hour of our arrival (later than we thought) and he was also ok with keeping out luggage the next day, after checkout and until the moment we had to go to the bus station -> Kitchen available with coffee, fridge and all that is needed in a kitchen -> Good size room -> markets nearby -> Close to Riva which is Split seaside area + close to the stairs up the Marjan Park

Stayed one night as sailing out of Split the next day. Room as advertised. A bit tricky to find location as in a laneway. Helpful proprietor waited up for us due to our plane landing last night in Split. Comfortable beds, shower and room (we had twin beds). Up one floor - so a flight of stairs. Access to a basic, shared kitchen for a cup of tea or coffee, or to heat up food. Short walk to the marina and close to all facilities. Would stay again 😊
