Nothing. Building would/could benefit from a lift but that isn't the apartments issue

Location is perfect for Dubrovnik old town and all its wonders. The bedroom is spacious as is the bathroom and kitchen-living area for a 1 bedroomed apartment. Views over the city walls are great and everything in walking distance.

The balcony was a bit noicy due to the A/C machines and the resting restaurant personnel in the basement. We could even though use it.

The location was perfect really close to the old town. We also got all the help we needed during our stay. The apartment was kept very clean all the time.

Excellent communication from Bozo prior to and on our arrival. He messaged us in plenty of time to make arrangements to access the property.

Some difficulty with washer but we were able to work out.

This was by far our favorite accomodation in Croatia. It was spacious, comfortable and in a great location. When we were out the cleaner very nicely hung up.our washed clothes.

Location was fantastic. Eateries on the doorstep with a bakers and supermarket. Host popped in every day with fresh fluffy towels. Met at property on arrival and a txt later that evening to check all was 👍

Only leaving to go home......

The apartment was exactly as described and in an absolutely location. If you are coming to Dubrovnik you want to stay near to the old and this ticks all the boxes. It most definitely is a luxury apartment with beautiful views to the city walls and harbour/old port. The apartment is modern and well equipped with everything you need, and the fixtures and fittings are of a superb quality. A Nescafe DolceGusto capsule coffee machine is a lovely addition. The old town Ploce Gate was right outside the apartment, together with a taxi rank, bakery and small supermarket. I can't speak highly enough of Dubrovnik or the apartment. The host Marija was super helpful from the very start. We were greeted at the apartment as promised on arrival. To help locate the apartment, we were even sent a very useful video of where to walk, so we couldn't get lost (so helpful in a new location). She managed to accommodated our slightly early checking. Finally, we had a 50th cake on arrival to celebrate my Husbands birthday. Thank you so much Marija for a truly memorable stay. We honestly cannot wait to go back to Dubrovnik and when we do, I know where we'll be staying. From Joanne and Matthew PS my only comment would be that the steps to the apartment could be a problem for the less able. But that being said, Dubrovnik is full of steps everywhere

Perfect location to visit the old town, right outside the gate (so also easily accessible by taxi/car and then only a few steps up). Very comfortable and clean appartment. Easy check-in; with friendly and helpful host.

The view is amazing, and being so close to the Old City meant we could enjoy the city and the view continually. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host was amazing, we left an important document at home, and she agreed to have it posted to her, so we could collect it when we arrived. I made a huge difference to us.

a little tricky to get used to keyed doors but was not a dealbreaker at all.

Ragusina Luxury Apartment was beautiful. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the larger unit. It was perfect. The manager sent me detailed directions and the owner met me. She takes pride in her beautifully renovated and extremely clean unit and also provides soap and beach towels. And the location near Ploce Gate was absolutely perfect.

the air conditioner worked but it was a little confusing to operate

This was our favorite place to stay in Croatia and Bosnia. The location is incredible and we enjoyed coffee each morning with the view. It’s very clean and updated and the kitchenette is handy. This apartment fell in the middle of our stay and we welcomed the chance to wash a load of laundry. Would 10/10 recommend!
