I felt that the wine was overpriced and believe there is room to offer a less expensive wine selection without compromising on quality. The high prices of alcohol likely deterred guests from making purchases, which could negatively impact overall customer satisfaction and revenue. Introducing more affordable options could enhance the guest experience and potentially increase sales.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and it turned out to be a last-minute decision following a sailing trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks to the incredibly hardworking and friendly staff. One of the highlights was being greeted in the breakfast room by one of the managers, Brito (or Bira, if I remember correctly). He warmly welcomed us and shared that the furniture was new, with more exciting plans in the works for the hotel. His friendly and polite demeanor truly reflected the essence of this wonderful hotel, making us feel so welcome. My mother and I initially planned a short 2-day trip, but the experience was so delightful that I am already planning to return with my partner and daughter. It's rare for me to visit the same place twice, but this hotel has definitely earned it! Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience with quality food . We can't wait to return!

We changed rooms to get a walk in shower. Some carpets in hallway and our room were stained , but other areas had new carpet so some refurbishments have been done. The concrete building which has graffiti all over it and is an eyesore needs to be sorted spoils the view.

Fantastic Hotel, all staff are so friendly and helpful with exceptional service. Special mention to Karlo Pool Bar, Ivan Beverage Manager, Kent Barista, Vipul the waiter, Toni Beach Club, Marek at Reception. Thanks to you all for making our stay so good. Great choice of food for Breakfast, with indoor and outdoor seating, we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but had pre-dinner drinks, this has a very stylish outdoor area with live music. The pool bar has a good menu for sharing if you are not up for a large dinner. We had a superior room with a balcony and a wonderful sea view. The Mistral Beach Bar offers sunbeds / private areas for occasions with waiter service and DJ music all day. Access from the Sunbed deck into the clear waters of the Adriatic by stairs or from the pebbled beach. Our flight was late into the evening so the hotel kept our bags and we had access to all facilities. We will be back even just for a Spa weekend as the Spa was superb. A wonderful stay !

Check out at 12pm is a real plus The excellent Breakfast with a sea view at 6:30am is also a big plus and the cherry on top is the fresh crepes that are provided every day and served with a big smile by the staff All staff were so kind and speak excellent English Hotel is super clean and provide some free refreshments at the reception and even ice machine in the hallway of each levels Nice pool and the spa is very good and also open super early at 7am so as I was home working it was nice to get there right before work and before breakfast

A bit of an inconvinient location, too far from old town if you are not by car. The view promised from the room was not it.

Hotel was so lovey, our room was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly. Spa was great. 30min walk to old town split or 5 min uber. Beach club was also really nice. Couldnt fault anything and we had a lovely break.

It was a good comfortable stay with a private beach and a beach club with free benches for the residents. The pool was nice, couldn't have the breakfast as had an early morning flight to catch.

Breakfast was phenomenal, too many options, beautiful eating area, very large, beautiful views. Room was large, clean, beautiful. Beach was nice but didn't use it, only stayed for one night but the SPA was fun.

It was a little far from the old town and we needed to Uber there and back, but it was easy and quick when we needed to do that.

The Radisson was very clean and had excellent beach and pool facilities. Although we were there during a shoulder season, it never seemed crowded. The breakfast was not to be missed!

I just found design of the room bit odd, specifically arrangement of the bed. I feel this could have been designed in different way to get a better view of the sea.
