We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fine. Spa and pool are very nice. Beds comfortable. Food in the restaurant also decent.

We booked in on our way tot the south of Croatia and it'll be on our list for the future stops. MaltaThe staff at the bar was very rude. We sat there for five minutes until our friends joined us since my back was hurting and he was so arrogant when telling us to get up. There was no one at all waiting for tables in the bar. The bar was completely empty. There are ways and ways of saying something.
We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities with jacuzzi and indoor pool but would have enjoyed an earlier hour than 8am since breakfast closes at 10am and anyway we needed to be out early every day. Reception staff were courteous and friendly and always out to assist.

Rooms: Both rooms we booked have been clean, spacious and all amenities inside we asked for upfront. Beds: Comfortable and spacious. Breakfast: Very good breakfast with everything a family needs. For the kids they made some pan cakes too. The Hotel looks pretty new and has the perfect location in case you join a wedding just beside :)

BelgiumSent a message via Booking.com to the hotel but they never replied …. It's a pity that there's no bottle of water in the room. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast was very ordinary. The coffee was really terrible, there was no fresh fruit, the music in the room was too loud, and the staff could definitely be friendlier...
