Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SerbiaApartment really exceeded our expectations, one of the best we've ever stayed at! It's close to city center (10min walk). Exceptionally clean with tall ceilings, spacious rooms, big dining table: a lot of room overall. Very comfortable double bed. Both bedroom and "living" room have separate air conditioner and TV, which proved very useful during our stay. On top of that, it's fully equipped with all necessary technic: fridge, oven with stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. And you have a parking included! Big thanks to our host Kreso, who recommended to us number of beaches and restaurants in Pula and Rovinj! 10/10

Apartment is at very good location. In front of/close to bus stops to beachside. Park and caffe/bar behind. Close to city centrum by walking. Apartment is brand new, very stylish and has everything you could need (hairdryer, iron, towels, kettle…). Kitchen has everything for cooking, small refrigerator. Apartment is smaller but for two people is more than enough. You can probably came by car (there were parking spots). Host is very helpful, always on the phone for help or recommendations. Recommend!

Very functional and modern. Kitchen had quality appliances and utensils. Bathroom was updated with a very good shower unit. Sink was updated as well with quality faucets.
