We stayed at the hotel outside summer season; it was a very peaceful and relaxing place. We enjoyed both the pool, semi-private beach and walks to the town of Pag. The staff was attentive (thank you for the room upgrade :-) , and friendly. Good breakfast, and extra points for efforts to not waste the food.

The hotel is not fully renovated and needs improvement; the outside of the building & stairways, noisy air condition in room. Garage - it would be helpful if you knew if there are free spaces before you drive down the narrow an steep way.

The staff was really nice, the location is amazing - direct on sea and the beach is just few stairs away, the view from room terrace and swimming area is just wow, the breakfast was quite good, drinks are served on pool area, you can rent kayak, stand up paddle board, motorcycle…

Immutable and quite conservative dinner menu – satisfying for few days, boring for longer stay. Not good vegetables in salads and in vegetarian meals missing proteins. Hotel doesn't provide any activities for bad weather. It is missing some little gym, game corner or bigger inside chill zone away from bar and restaurant. It would be great to have little kitchen in the apartment. Little noisy cleaning during the day. ...We are happy, we just wrote few ideas for improving the services in order to make the stay more interesting.

Little but delightful hotel, very friendly staff and owner. Great relax at the pool area, recommending local activities such as swimming in sea – beach is few steps down from the hotel, sea kayaking, snorkeling and little walks around. We rented the car – Lun and Paklenica are highly recommended. Buena Vista bar is very cool for afternoon chill. We stayed 2 weeks and we perfectly enjoyed ourselves both at the hotel and the region.

We had difficulty understanding the parking when we arrived, but the receptionist helped us out at check in.

There was a lot to choose from for breakfast. The beach is just a step away and felt very private.

Wifi wasn’t always fast enough and sadly when we had dinner here or lunch, it was a bit disappointing.

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from. The pool area looks amazing, like in a really high-end resort. The hotel has a path where you can walk down to the beach which is really convinient. Also the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Air conditioning was not working in the room, which can be an issue in summer. Also, keep in mind that if you come before the season starts, some things might not be available, like scooter rent, for instance

Nothing really..maybe the interior of the rooms could be renewed a bit, but nothing disturbing.

We loved the location, looks exactly like on the pictures. The infinity pool is amazing and there is direct access to the sea from the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff was absolutely excellent, everybody was super friendly and helpful, they took very good care about us. Another bonus goes for the food, breakfast was very rich and the à la carte menu had also excellent quality.

The room we stayed in was close to staff rooms and we sometimes heard noises through the walls.

We booked the hotel on the same day we stayed. We were given a bigger room than what we reserved and that was great for us. Great value for money and nice location.

I think they are mid-refurbishment so some areas were in better condition than others, but nothing detracted enough to make any issues. A kettle in the room might be expected at this level but not a deal breaker. No smoking around the pool would be appreciated as it is difficult to escape others in that area.

Lovely friendly staff who went to great lengths to help when an item went missing in the pool area. A beautiful setting by the water with a beach that is almost private given access is not so obvious from the road. Lovely infinity pool and terrace area. Great menu and drinks although Pag town is a must for a stroll and easy to reach by foot from the hotel.

was really windy most days, no fault of the property of course. location is bit far off if you are not having a car. the whole restaurant was booked by a company for a day which felt unfair to other guests.

Amazing service provided by the full team at Hotel Plaza. Especially Sara who went over and above daily to meet our needs and assist with any enquiries we wished to make with locals. Special thanks to the kind gentleman who made us packed lunch for our journey to the airport. Such a sweet and kind gesture! I shall definitely be recommending this hotel.

Both me and my partner found the bed to be uncomfortable. Our room location was also poor, we were the room that was right beside the restaurant so we would hear the door slamming open and closed in the morning

Staff were extremely good. On arrival we got recommend various spots in the nearby town. The breakfast had a great selection. And the bar staff made some of the nicest cocktails I've ever had. (We never ate dinner in the hotel so can't comment on that)
