Not so close to sea and need to walk a lot

The walk between the hotel cafe/restaurant and the remote rooms were a bit diifcult because you have to walk around the compaund... Also a big minus is that at night it is very difficult to walk around as there is no street lights between the remote rooms buildings so it is very dark ... Even by car it is not easy to see clearly.... The restarurant food was ok. Always enough food and the staff is bringing fresh food at the buffet and cleaning the dishes... However some of the food In our remote room in building 12, we were in a room on a 1st floor with the sea view, but we could not see the sea because of the high pine trees which blocked the view. But it did not block the sun... In the greetings card we received at our visit, there were mentioned a minibar, but there is no minibar or any small refregirator in the room... That can be a bit dissapointing as in the summer it is very hot and we were not able to cool down any drinks that we were drinking in the room or brought on the beach...

The staff were great. Pleasant and polite.

Location is a problem if you are traveling with children. The hotel is on the hill, and the beach is a 10-minute walk from the location, which is ok until you have to get back and walk up the hill.

-The rooms are really small for a family of 4. -There is no fridge in the room. -The rooms aren't cleaned during the stay.

+Nice breakfast and dinner buffet. This year the quality of the food was a lot better than last year. There were more vegetarian choices available. +Great location for day trips to different beaches in the area. +Laid back hotel complex with lots of lovely cats in the surrounding forest area. +At the bottom of the hill there is a pretty promenade with shops and bars taking you to the port of Crikvenica in about 20-25 minutes, which makes a nice evening walk. +There is a shopping centre right next to the hotel resort.

The room was ok ok clean. Their was issue with bathroom. The water was coming outside bathroom while bathing.

Cleaning

The floors and the bathroom were dirty when we first got into the room. During our stay (7 days) only the towels were changed. Bed shits were not changed, and floors or bathroom were not cleaned

The property is on the hill, coming up from the beach is not fun at all. The climb is rather steep. Breakfast was... simple. No bacon, no espresso. Orange juice is not a fresh orange juice, but some syrup mixed with water.

Good value, room was ok, balcony was great, Internet was great. Next to the property is a small shopping mall, works well when it is raining.

We love this place and we would like to recommend you following to make it nicer and more convenient: 1. We would like more green places for parking of cars around the park. 2. we dont like that people waste garbage, papers etc. in the forest (park) around pavilons. There is a need of more baskets for waste in the resort. There is no recycling of waste in the resort. A lot of plastic bottles are in the baskets around. 3. When the people want to drink coffee or shopping to Duga Mall they need to cross broken fence without stairs and it is dangerous. This status has been going of years without change. We think, that it not take so many time to create 2 stairs and handrails for people to cross the fence. 4. The path for cars above pavillon no.XIII to Duga Mall is so dark in the night. People use to go there from restaurant by walking. Maybe 1-2 lights will be safer for people to go.

We love this place and we use to go there year by year. This place is located in the park (small forest) with smell of pines and other plants and salty sea. The pavillons are comfortable and there is everythink what we need. Maybe small refrigerator will be usefull in the room. The restaurant is very nice, modern and the food is very good. You could choose whatever you like, fish, meat, fresh vegetable and fruit, eiscreem and cakes, beverages...

This was our third stay at this accommodation as we used to quite like it there. Breakfast used to be excellent as there was a wide range of food available. Food has definitely deteriorated. Last year you could still eat outdoors, now everyone is forced to eat indoors, in the extremely busy, uninviting food hall with far too many customers and queues. If you are vegetarian, I cannot recommend dinner at this place any longer. Some evenings there was just salad and one or two bland side dishes for available at the factory style buffet, everything else had some sort of meat. They often offer pizza but hardly ever vegetarian options, which was frustrating. It's disappointing how they allowed the place to go downhill this much within a year's time. Breakfast and dinner have become unpleasant and stressful experiences. There is no room service. We stayed for 9 nights and didn't have our room cleaned. We only had our towels exchanged once during our stay.

As we usually want to explore the nearby area, the location worked for us. The pool is quite nice and it wasn't too busy when we were there. We liked the non-fuzz compound with its pine trees. The walk into town was quite long but pleasant. Parking was available.

The floor in the room was not vacummed when we arrived. There were bits on the floor. Shower was also not cleaned properly. For a 3 star hotel at least fridge would be nice to have, but besides these, all good. I guess thats what you got for the good price.

Parking was hard , card got scratched… the room was not clean at all ! We wiped the floors. We stayed 5 nights and they never came to clean to room nor offered to clean the room.

One cons is location. It is near the main regional road (you don't hear the vehicles) but path to the beach is steep. I needed about 20 min to reach appartment when going back. Tip: You can go to the beach by car and find some free parking spots to make your life easier. Another cons is Crikvenica center - which - if you go by foot - isn't that close (you do have some "night" life also at the beach main road).

This is network of buildings at the hill surrounded by the trees. Each building has approximately 20 apartment units. Reception and restaurant are its own building. I am surprised why this accommodation has such low grade. Apartment is modern and new, bathroom and bed are clean enough. Mine accommodation included breakfast and dinner. Food is in majority same each day but good enough, - don't expect top excellence. Pros: you have mini shopping mall and Lidl in nearby.

Even though the rooms have been renovated, the cleanliness was poor. The floors were dirty, so much so we resisted lying on the beds as the dust and dirt were obvious on the white sheets. There were food crumbs on the headboard. The balcony windows were full of hand prints. The balcony floor was dirty. There was hair in the shower recess and again the floor needed a good clean. We didn't let it spoil our time but the hotels reviews would improve if housekeeping was improved. Finally, we had halfboard and there were enough food options, but quite a few a few were not kept hot, better food heating options would improve guest enjoyment.

The hotel has been renovated and looks great on the surface. The linenin the room was crisp clean and white. The staff were friendly even though they could not facilitate a 30-minute earlier check-in. The pool was clean, and the sun beds were comfortable. There was parking near each hotel block.
