The ventilation was loud or something in the bathroom that we couldnt turn it off.

Breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly and nice, room very clean, view was amazing and also the sunbeds on the grass were great and comfy.

There was water leaking from the shower outside which we complained about and it got fixed.

Location was excellent. We stayed in a suite overlooking the see and it was awesome. Th scenery looked amazing from the room. Breakfast and dinner was buffet and had lots of option.

Everything was fantastic. Everybody was kind .The Main Cook and also twice the female main Cook made me every day a special meal because of my Allergie. They were extremely helpful. The buffet was very good.Breafast and half Pension.Also the Woman at the reception and the whole Staff were so nice. Because I found the room for 7 nights too small I could upgrade to a bigger one. Also the Spa Staff is fantastic. They were extremely professional. It was our first time there. we will come back.

The hotel was stunning, set on a quiet peninsular south of Pula. There were shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and even a small beach just a stones throw away. The staff were superb all round, receptionists were fantastic at recommending local spots to eat/drink/enjoy Pula. The bar and waiting staff were courteous and attentive throughout our trip. We opted for the bed and breakfast option and were very impressed with the selection every morning. We also ordered a couple of poolside snacks (club sandwich and pizzas) throughout our stay and again each time it was delicious. One evening we ordered a bottle of wine, our only direction to the gentleman was “red and preferably local”, upon his return we had a table-side opening and information about the wine and vineyard it came from. Top quality service from start to finish. The room was modern, quiet and exceptionally clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. We brought our own toiletries with us but to my partners delight there was Elemis products provided. We also had a smart TV which we used to stream music on YouTube whilst getting ready each evening. Overall a superb experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to each of the staff that made our stay so memorable.

Sauna and spa working hours could be longer in the evening. After long working day, it was not possible to enjoy it.

Room was quite tight, up to a point it was hard to pass each other between the bed and the desk. Application-based key did not work at all, I could not even get it in application. There was only one key-card given and it lost programming twice during our stay, so we had to re-program it at the reception. Luckily reprogramming was fast and hassle-free.

Nice location in the forest of Verudela peninsula. Hotel offers a good value for money in my opinion. There is plenty of choice for breakfasts and there was a lot of space in the parking lot (although we were there off season).

In order to get to our room we had to take the stairs for half a floor with our luggage, It was the main drawback.
