The bathroom could do with new silicon and grout, I imagine this is a problem with all bathrooms without windows though. Extractor fan worked well I think. Avoid the burger restaurant within the grounds, terrible quality and overpriced.

Even better than in the photos. Everything within the complex is within walking distance, we were so close to the pool and the beach too. The staff were very nice, especially those working in the supermarket!

Some of the restaurants were great for helping with gluten free options for my coeliac son. A couple however, were very dismissive. Big thanks to the waitress at Kuglana and the breakfast team who were exceptionally helpful.

The cleanliness could have been better (especially at the beaches, which are all public though, but also in the common hotel area). Most of the entertainment offers for the kids cost extra. The pool was overcrowded and during the day it was impossible to get a free chair or sunbed at the pool. Also, the parking was overcrowded (we were there in august).

Very nice sea view from our room (premium apartment), spacious apartment, which was very expensive though. Supermarket, shops etc. in the complex, beach nearby, lots of sports facilities and entertainment for kids, very good service, friendly staff

The location is fabulous, lots of areas to pitch a towel of if you’re lucky a sun lounger by the pool. The complex is extensive with a number of shops including a great supermarket. A lovely restaurant for evening dining can be found along with a burger bar, bistro style cafe and an ice cream parlour. The complex has everything you may need for your stay. Great air conditioning in the rooms!

It is a bit shame thwre is no fun on the evening. It would be great if there was at leadt one music pub for people open until midnight at the resort. Also i dont understand why pool closes at 19:00 and why there is no possibilty to go there at night. It would be amazing if the pool was open till midnitght with lights and music and bar.

I must say I overall enjoyed the stay. Staff is helpful.

Our room does not offer meal plan options which means every meal is extra on top of the room price. There are several restaurants to choose within the hotel compound. Food quality is good. there is also a supermarket with decent choices - more expensive than normal supermarket of course. I guess this is not a short coming of the property (as it is just how it is), but this us something people need to keep in mind when they plan the trip - especially for those who are used to an all-inclusive type of resort.

Proximity to any local towns- had to use taxis to get to Pula- which were not cheap. The queue at 8.30 for sun beds was bonkers- but if you didn’t there was no chance of getting one all day. The restaurants were hit and miss. Queues for them were long some evenings- not enough space for number of guests.

The apartments were a good size and well appointed. Great location for views. Little shop on site had all you need for self catering. Views by pool were lovely. Lovely little beach with water sports within minutes walk.

The supermarket on site never had change so pay card as much as possible, lots and lots of ants on our terrace which was a bit annoying.

Really good location, access to some great beaches and easy bus to the centre.

Pool too crowded. Not enough sun beds. Not enough shade. Not enough parking places. No view from the room. Too small balcony’s.

The queuing for sun beds!! People started to queue an hour before the pool opened and then staff struggled to manage them saving more than one bed. Needs to have a better system in place to stop sunbeds being saved for people who are not at the pool! We didn’t bother and just went to the beach. Not much entertainment on for teenage children in the evenings.

Superb apartment with sea views. Staff great and very helpful. A few restaurants to choose from. Great beach and marina all accessible. Bus stop just next to complex. Lots of water activities available in the area.

The times of the room cleaning are not well adjusted. I stayed at the Lavander apartments which are close to the Reception. Not once has my apartment been cleaned before 3 or 4 pm. I like to come back from the beach during the hottest time of the day and would like to have the room cleaned. Also, a shower on the beach would have been nice.

I liked everything except two things. The apartments are nice and spacious, The location is wonderful. The staff at the Reception very helpful, The pool is clean as well as everything around it

The prices in the restaurants were a little higher than I expected, compared to what we heard about other places in Croatia.

Lack of free to use sun beds and even though policy was not to allow towels to be left to claim beds not used for hours this wasn’t enforced

The whole areal needs a lift up. Everything is there - beaches, bungalows, pool, restaurants, sport facilities, kids entertainment - but almost everything needs renovation. The price is too high compared with the services and comfort provided. Having said that, location, sea, food and basic level of services are fine. Forest is next to the beaches. Staff is ok, expect pool waiters, they are truly unkind. Food is excellent (and staff) at one of the restaurants (Broscheta) Parking is an issue - a lot of parking designated spaces, but people park all over the place anyway. Grocery store in the areal is fine, although pricey. There are other shops as well (beach necessities, fashion brands), ice cream, burger bar, three restaurants, cafes etc. Limited cycling options, unfortunately.

The pool opened at 9am and closed at 7pm. I’ve never been at a hotel where it’s closed so late in the morning and early at night!

It was in a gorgeous location and had lots of great facilities such as shops, restaurants and cafes. Being on the beach was amazing!
