Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing location - super quiet and still close to Zrce Beach. Loved the fact that every room had their own little private terrace outside. The water in the pool was so nice and clean. Great breakfast!

United KingdomThe staff were absolutely lovely! Right from the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, they answered all of our queries. The rooms were very spacious & beautiful views from the balcony. We went as a big group & we were so happy to be close together, as requested. Breakfast was brilliant every morning 9-10:30 with my favourite - a coffee & juice machine! The pool was a lot nicer than I expected & we had our freedom to play music from our speakers. The location was perfect - Gajac was such a lovely village, with a beach only a 5-10 minute walk away. Thank you so much for our stay.

SlovakiaPool was great, clean, open from 9-9pm. BUT there are only 10 sun beds- and that isn’t enough for whole pansiom Sidro. It should be at least double for sure.
We had 2 tripple rooms. They were nice and clean. There was also a small fridge but it was enough. We didn’t like that we didn’t have rooms in the same entrance so if you want to be together as a family or a group make sure that your rooms are next to each other. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was okay, not great, not bad.

United KingdomIt's a family hotel rather than a party hotel, as long as that's OK you'll have a great stay.
Spotless rooms, great shower, good breakfast. REALLY GOOD restaurant on site. Because it is not a massive hotel you got to know all the staff, Gogo (spelling??? sorry!!!) and the team it was always service with a smile and they tried to find time to chat and have a bit of bilingual banter :-), it was big hugs and a tear in my eye when it was time to leave. 5 minutes' walk to restaurants and shops, Closest beach 10 mins away, Zrce beach a 15/20 minute walk away.

This is a very basic hotel, very close to the Zrce festival beach area. We only stayed for one night, which was fine, but we probably wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer, as it is so basic, including the self-service breakfast. But it is a budget-priced hotel, so you know what you're getting.

GermanyThe room was really, really small, the bathroom old-fashioned and part of the staff really unfriendly unfortunately. After I read so many good reviews I was disappointed after my stay. The breakfast in its variety and quality did not shine. We would not come back next time.
The location was very good, walkable distance to Zrće Beach, very close to nice and calm Gajac Beach and Restaurants. The bathroom was clean and so was the furniture in the room.

This place is fantastic, great location for Zrce. Amazing little restaurant and comfy pool. The absolute best thing about the place though is the staff. They were so friendly, so helpful and so tolerant of us! Really genuinely lovely people, even had a hug at the end of the trip! Was emotional to say goodbye to them! Definitely will be back!

SlovakiaClean premises, equipment, wonderful attitude of always smiling and friendly staff, location, but mainly the family atmosphere that we liked the most. —- The area also includes a swimming pool and a restaurant with local seafood specialties. The room is simply furnished, but clean and has everything necessary including kettle, cups, towels, hand soap, air conditioning and so on… The location is also great. Not more than 5 minutes from the facility is a small square with a bakery, grocery stores, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants, but most importantly - the stone beach with absolutely clean sea, which is also about 5 minutes away. But finally and most importantly, about the staff… We were made to feel so welcome from the very beginning, so a special Thanks goes to Gordana and the rest of the staff who made us feel like nothing is a problem and helped us immediately with any question or request. It's the attitude that makes it all... and we were pleasantly surprised by theirs. Thanks again for everything! :)
