Location and the mood of the host, very friendly and positive

The host was very friendly and responsive, the property is at couple of minutes from the beach.

One thing that is tough is not having anything to cook with. Maybe just a microwave and jug would be great. Did let us use the barbecue though so no complaints.

Location was great with being 100m from the beach and multiple places around (bars, supermarkets etc) . Is about a 10minute (8-10 euro) bolt/uber. Host is an awesome guy too who makes sure you have what you need.

I have no complaints at all, other than maybe the steel nil of the driveway but that’s not a problem at all

Property was stunning, in a very centralised location and just perfect in just about every ways. Host was tremendous, we arrived very early in the morning and when we arrived to drop our bags off at 10am before a 2pm check in we ended up getting checked in at that time, which was super handy

I would have liked a hotter shower! And for the shower head, not to fall off its perch!:) Oh, and maybe some mosquito spray in the room. I was bitten a lot!! There was quite a bit of noise in the morning, which might be renovations nearby or just day to day living, but it wasn't too early. The lamp in my room needed a new bulb, which I'm sure had I asked, I would have gotten one. I had a twin room with two single beds, which for an adult is probably a little too small. It would be worth investing in slightly bigger beds. But, I'm being picky. It is so reasonably priced, and although very basic accommodation, I was content.

The location is excellent. Stobreč beach was less than 200 metres from the apartments. Ivan and family were incredibly friendly and accommodating. You’re surrounded by beautiful mountains and the port, restaurants, bars; gorgeous rock pools, and rocky beach walks. It's a great place to be reflective. My room had a lovely garden view.

Because of the price, any criticism is not really fair. But the owner could easily improve/tidy the driveway and rear entrance to the property. Also provide a bath towel instead of the had towels that were there

For the price being charged you cannot complain about this property. It is very basic but the hot water and AC worked perfectly and I slept well so the bed must be ok. The property is immediately behind the shore front restaurants and cafes and it is quiet. I was easily able to park my 6 metre long van in the car park

The room we got was a room that previous guests abused in smoking. Pillow was like an ashtray. We asked for a room change and we changed it for free. Apreciated it. Everything else was very ok.

The host and his family are super nice. We were given directions to a beautiful, kinda secret, beach just 5 minutes away from the building. There are great restaurants all around which is great cause you can't cook here. The beds are comfy and the room is Standard hotel size. If you don't plan on spending much time indoors this is fine. We got free homemade wine which is very delicious. The Bus Station where you can take a Bus to Split is just 3 minutes away. A ride to Split takes about 30 minutes.

Clean and with nice location. Very kind personnel, the atmósfera is kind of like at home - it is possible to share the kitchen with the family that is running the house, there is place to park the care, we really enjoy staying at this place.

Clean rooms, nice view, very good location with lots of nice restaurants, bakery, supermarket and nice beaches near by. Very close to Split Very friendly owner especially with kids he also advised us where to go and what to visit we have very much enjoyed our stay.

the bathroom needs some updating. everything is clean but just a bit older. it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room as well.

The property is located right in front of the water and it’s perfect to go out to the beach during the day and dinner at night. the beaches near the room are really pretty, and in my opinion better than the beaches in the city center of Split. the beds were comfortable and the owner responds quickly and is very nice. the bus stop is just around the corner which makes it easy to get into the city.

There wasn’t any kettle/glasses or any cutlery available in the room making it difficult for us to even make tea/coffee.

Very close to the beach, easy to catch a bus (route 25) from split centre and get to the accomodation. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The owner was lovely, gave us a lot of local tips and let us store our luggage at the properly before check in.
