We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryEverything was fine, but the bed was a bit soft and a fridge should be a bit bigger. A bit far from the beach (about 15 minutes walking but the back path is very steep), but the view makes it all up! Pool was a bit tiny and cold (but the place where it is was very cozy)
Owners are very friendly and helpful! The view from the room was breathtaking! Parking with a long car, minibus or even a trailer is possible.

SlovakiaFrom the accomodation down to the beach it is good by walk. But back it is quiet hard since it is up the hill. After 2 days we used to go back by taxi which take you back for ca. 8€ but it will prevent your leg pain 😄.
Beautiful view, quiet place, good windy weather since it is up the hill there is not so hot. The owner is very friendly and kind old lady with her granddauther who will help with translating into English. Good breakfast and the swimming pool is big plus too.

New ZealandThe place was up on a steep hill and not super close to the center - we ended up taking the car again when going to the center to get some food. Everything else was perfect though and it might have been just us being a bit lazy 😉
Staff was very friendly, they accommodated our late arrival. The provided breakfast was plenty too. It had fresh fruit & vegetables, eggs, bread, cereal, yoghurt, coffee etc. The place had everything we needed for a quick stay. There was a swimming pool that we didn't get to use. Private parking in front of the house was very convenient.

Ostali smo pet dana u apartmanu ovo ljeto i zaista je bilo predivno! Domacini su bili jako ljubazni i pomogli su nam s autom koje je nazalost bilo u kvaru. Cak su nas vozili do mehanicara! Zaista divni ljudi, jako topli i srdacni! Soba je nadmasila sva ocekivanja, jako lijepo i moderno uredeno i izuzetno cisto! Imali smo terasu s pogledom prema moru, veceri su jako tihe i odlican je pogled na nocno nebo. Nije neocekivano da je smjestaj bio na uzbrdici :) ali laganom setnjicom brzo smo stigli do obale.
