The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff is great, pool area was awesome, and the grounds are breathtaking.

Breakfast- is difficult to get what you want, they have a few kinds of eggs cooked in differed ways and that is what you receive. Difficult to make any change.Fruits are not necessarily at the beginning, as they are offered. I would preffer them at the end , better to put them as a buffet choice. It takes a lot of time, personally I am not a breakfast person.

Location is difficult for non fitted persons. There are a lot of steps until the entrance to the old city. It is situated on a hill. It is possible by taxi . Property is stunning including the grounds arround. We did not have dinner at the location, I thought it is way too expensive. Also, during the day, prices are very high. For example €24 for a sandwich....

Nice walk down to the old town but in the heat you will have to get an uber back. We went a suite with a balcony but the balcony was a brick wall went sat down, so we didn’t use it anyway.

Originally were put into a suite in the annex but this room was boring with no view.

We had an amazing room in the main building with lots of character. It felt like our own private villa at times as was so peaceful and we could walk out of our door straight into a lounge and then into the garden. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Room was large to accommodate 2 friends travelling together. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular. A bit far from Old Town but still walkable in daylight. Breakfast included was good

The only thing we missed as we were early in the season was the restaurant was not open so we had to have meals outside or delivered- which was difficult too as many restaurants in town were not open either for delivery. The meals we had in town were great but we wanted to have some meals in the hotel as well.

It was newly renovated, at a short distance from the old town and waterfront. Amazing decor, rooms were stunning. Great attention to every detail and no expense spared for all the facilities. The gym was superb as well. The views from the property were spectacular. The staff was totally amazing- took great care of us in every way. Including packed breakfast when we had to go out early. The chef has an amazing hand from the fruit platters to the brilliantly presented breakfasts we had. Thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay. Hope to go back.

Everything was perfect

It was our pleasure to stay at Palace Natali, it was right choice for our stay. Property is amazing same as staff and entire ambience. Hosts are really kind and helpful, at disposal 24/7. Restaurant Natali offers splendid atmosphere and delicious food, we have never tried before. Enjoying in tranquility of gardens is new experience for us and it offers full relaxation. We would be back for sure!

The only downfall is the steps to get to town, However buses and taxis are available.

It's perfect.

Palace Natali is easily one of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed at. The grounds are truly palatial! The pool was gorgeous and they know how to make a great cocktail, too. It's peaceful escape. The staff was super attentive... they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we had an early morning tour to Mostar. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Walled City and easy access to the main road that goes to DBV. This place is a gem. There's only 20 rooms, so plan ahead... you'll be happy you did.
