1. Please note that there are atleast 30-40 stairs you have to take before reaching the apartment, so unless you have a small luggage, you might struggle. However, Anna is lovely, she supported as much as she could to help us with the luggage, she even carried one for us. and it was very sweet. But location is nice, when you don't have a luggage in your hand! 2. The bathroom is old, not entirely renovated with the apartment.

The Host "Anna" is lovely!!!! She is so helpful and gave us a warm welcome . The apartment is renovated and very cosy. It has a balcony with amazing view. It had Welcome chocolates, beach towels etc, little things that created a difference.

First of all, the host's mother is one of the kindest and the most helpful person we have ever met. She helped us carry our luggage to the second floor without us even requesting for the same and she took care of all small things such as a new toothbrush, extra towels for the beach, umbrellas etc. She was available almost within a minute of messaging and treated us very well. The size of the room was really good and the balcony had a spectacular view of the town. The property is located perfectly and just a five minute walk from the main square. The room had everything that one needs and was modernly designed. Overall a perfect stay for us.

The bedroom and bathroom are on a shared landing and stair case used by other occupants of the building on other floors. The facilities are not self-contained. This may not be apparent when booking.

The accomodation we booked comprised a bedroom and seperate bathroom reserved for our use only on the first floor. On the same landing is seperate bedroom used by family who use a different bathroom upstairs. Spotlessly clean, not far from the ferry terminal. Our host met us to take us to the room. The bedroom was lockable. The house is quiet. We had the use of a fridge, kettle and cups on the ground floor to make drinks and a pretty outside patio to sit. The price reflects the amenities provided.

Love the city view both day and night. The apartment is stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, love the espresso machine. The host’s mom is so lovely. My ferry didn’t leave until 5pm. She just let me stay in the afternoon (I came during off season). So I didn’t have to wander around town in the rain…

There was a lot of stairs which made carrying the luggage an issue. Besides the stairs, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, modern, nice amenities and a wonderful balcony view. Anna, the hosts mother met us in the square and escorted us to the apartment, showing us around and even helped carry our luggage! She was super sweet!

Don't bring a big bag unless you have to. There are lots of stairs.

The perfect Studio, comfortable, clean, great bed and everything we needed in the kitchen. Just a few minutes walk to the town. There is a lovely view of the town and Fort from the balcony. We were met by Anna who was lovely. She even washed our clothes when we got soaking wet in a storm. I cannot recommend this Studio highly enough

Lovely little apartment in a quiet street in Hvar town. The host was super friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. All the little details, including the provision of beach towels, had been thought of. We had the room with a balcony and it had a great view. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hvar.

While my stay at the Hvar apartment had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. The sheer number of steps to access the apartment was quite challenging, especially if you're not traveling light. Additionally, the location, while beautiful, might not be ideal for those looking for easy accessibility.

Their warm welcome and assistance with local recommendations made my trip truly memorable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was very clean and decorated tastefully. There was a gorgeous view from the balcony. The host was very nice and she provided us with some really usefull information. I would like to stress the importance of contacting the host in advance to let her know the time of your arrival, so she can meet you especially since Google Maps will probably take you to a wrong location. Also it is imortant that you are able to walk a lot of stairs. You won’t be able to park near the place (like at most of the houses in Hvar) so I recommend that you travel light. In overall we are extremelly happy with our stay.

The location is great, the space clean and the kitchen, if you need it, has everything necessary for a short stay. The host’s mom met us and escorted us to the property, which was a great help (and even dropped off cake later in the evening)!
