Excellent location to walk into the centre of Split, the apartment was a great size with a comfy bed and really nice bathroom. The host had even laid out shampoos and toiletries which was a nice touch. He was so helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for less than the going price. Loads of space in wardrobe and all the facilities you would need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer etc.

The apartment is really very comfortable. The bed was super big and comfortable. It was very clean, it had everything you need for a short stay, although it was small, we were not in the apartment most of the day. But it had a kitchen, microwave, fridge, you could easily have breakfast there, or lunch/dinner too. The bathroom was spotless, there were extra towels. It is very close to the old town... you can walk everywhere from the apartment, I highly recommend this location, it is quiet, and it is close to everything. The best thing was having the parking in front. It was paid, but finding parking on the streets of Split is not easy, so having a public paid parking in front was great. The check in is also worth mentioning, they waited for us to give us the keys, and since we arrived before check in time, they allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment until they finished cleaning.

Stairs up to the room with a baby and stroller was a little difficult but it wasn't too bad.

Extremely clean and great location. Host was super friendly. Also the kitchen is fully loaded with microwave, kettle, stove top, sink, pots, pans, plates etc.. WiFi and A/C was perfect, also the TV in the room was very advanced and we could watch all our shows.

Not much space for eating if you did use the kitchen (we didn’t) - there is a table but it’s all in one room so potentially could smell if you decided to cook.

Excellent location, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for exploring the local area. Close to a shop, close to old town and great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. Great host who arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and met us for an early check in which was appreciated after a really early flight! There is also luggage storage very close by which made it really easy on the last day after we checked out but had an afternoon flight.

- There's not much noise from the streets, but it's quite noisy outside of the room, since it's a shared hallway with 3 other rooms. The doors are really thin, so you can even hear whispering. - Also would be great if there was a bin with a lid in the kitchen for food waste. Not really a problem, but would be a great upgrade. - There's space to dry towels in the bathroom, but it's not much. It's fine for normal towels. But we had to get creative with two extra beach towels and swimsuits (besides the normal towels). Also a small disadvantage, but not something to cancel this room for. Would definitely book again!!

- Amazing location! Quiet neighborhood, but really close to old town (3 minutes walking and you're there). Two supermarkets around the corner, which is really convenient. - Outside of the room - in the hallway - there's always extra toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo, so you don't have to contact anyone if you ran out.

We had the best time. The appartement is in a great location very close to the city center - less than 5 minutes walking. Also it was super clean, new appliances, spacious and the bed super comfortable. The highlight however was our host Frane who was just the perfect host: we was not only super friendly and always available whenever we had questions but also gave us recommendations and when I forgot my phone charger after the checkout he even brought it to me to a different location - this was beyond good hospitality. Thank you very much and we can recommend staying there 100% :).

There wasn't much we didn't like! The kitchen would have been improved by having a proper bin with a lid for food waste.

Communal entrance to multiple apartments meant it was noisy with people entering / leaving and the cleaners arriving.

The appartment is very comfortable, good ventilated and very clean which was very important for us. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with other 3 studios 81 Apartments. Location in a very calm neighbourhood but like 6 min walk from city Center .. there was noise to hear at all from neighbours or the surrounding. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen with what you need from water boiler, microwave and fridge to dishes etc… the apartment also equipped with Iron and fresh clean towels. There was also air conditioner but we didn’t use it as the weather was very nice. Thanks for Frany for arranging a smooth check-in and facilitating the booking. Helpful and friendly.

A beautiful apartment with comfortable bed, kitchenette, and great shower. Location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, water and attractions all within walking distance. Host was exceptional.
