Nikola is a nice person. He helped us a lot, contact a rent car company, carried luggage. He would help you everything. The rooms were neat, clean. We love it.

The apartment was bright, clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for even the most demanding tastes. A dishwasher is a bonus. The bedrooms had clean shower/toilet facilities. Nikola gave good tips on what to do in Dubrovnik. With his guidance, we went on a cruise and a city tour. He really wanted his guests to enjoy themselves. A perfect holiday.

Location was excellent ! Just a short walk to the oldtown and yet quiet for sleeping at night .Nikola was a brilliant host !Very friendly and helpful with advice on places to go ..If we needed anything he didn’t delay and on our last day there was torrential rain and he dropped us down rain ponchos which was much appreciated ! Thank you Nikola for your lovely apartment would highly reccomend for visiting Dubrovnik 👌

Nothing! It’s a bit of walk (15mins) to the old town, but it’s acceptable for me.

I loved everything here!! ! The apartment is very new, sparkling clean, well organized and nicely structured. It has 2 separate ensuite bedrooms, very ideal for friends or even 2 couples! The bed is so comfortable, I had really good sleep! The shower is the best for me in the past 3 weeks in Europe. The price is reasonable too! What makes this place stand out is the extremely hospitable and helpful host Nicolas, he went beyond to help you for everything —- allow late checkout / free luggage storage, borrow you rain coat, give you local tips, etc! He is such a loving and caring person, treat you like a friend / family instead of just cold business!

It's easy to get into town from the apartment, but a bit more difficult to get home, especially in the summertime. It was a quick taxi ride to the apartment, so I would recommend that if you are tired.

The apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us. It worked so well for everything that we wanted to do in Dubrovnik and was comfortable. The AC was AMAZING for the hot summer days. We loved being able to cool off in between activities.

These are not the disadvantages of this property, but visitors should note that access to the apartment is via stairs and parking a rental car is difficult both near the apartment and in Dubrovnik in general. Bolt and Uber make more sense in this city. There is no washing machine for clothes at the property.

You have to climb a few slopes and stairs to reach the apartment walking from the old city. It's not a problem with the apartment, the city itself is like that. If you don't want to deal with so many ups and downs on foot, you can get there by Taxi or Uber.

The apartment is great, very well equipped and everything is new. Nikola is the best host, he is a very kind and attentive person.

As others reviewers have said , the host is so helpful, the apartment is spotless and within walking distance to the old town. As there was no guests arriving the night we where leaving we didn't have to check out until 7 in the evening which meant no carrying bags all day. Highly recommend.The wi fi is excellent.

The apartment is really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Dubrovnik is terrific. The owner is very helpful and friendly One thing you should know however is that Dubrovnik is built on a hillside and there can be quite a few steps to climb.

Nothing. The week was a truly delightful experience

Whilst the location was out of the town. It made us discover a lot more of Dubrovnick and an excellent bus system. It was quiet, well lit and accessible.The apartment was exceptional and there was nothing we wanted for. In fact it was so nice we had 2 nights where we stayed in, after hectic days out, to cook a meal. Nikola, our host ensured we were aware of the best places to go and supplied us with beach towels as we we were both swimmers. Our week in Dubrovnick was wonderdul and enhanced by an amazing apartment and host.

Where do we begin- our host Nikola was very accommodating and helpful. He helped us get a transfer from the airport, helped us with our bags, gave us tips where to go, what to see in Dubrovnik and how to get there. The apartment itself was modern, new, clean, and well equipped. Although, we ourselves didn't cook, but if you decide to do it, you'll find absolutely everything to prepare and serve a meal. All dishes are in a great, new, condition. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one on each side of the apartment, in both bedrooms. Clean, modern and fully functional. Beds were very comfortable, and bed linnen ( as well as towels) were new, clean, and changed upon request. The air-conditioning is working perfectly and there are 3 AC units ( both bedrooms have one each and one in the livingroom/kitchen). We enjoyed the privacy of the place, and the little garden in front of the unit, where we had our morning coffee. The place was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet very close to the main street in Old town, where all the restorants and coffee shops are ( Stradun). You can reach it by foot. We enjoyed our walks ( 10 min max) to the Old town and back every night.

Nikola, the host was friendly and helpful, advising us how to get to places and making suggestions of where to visit. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the water hot, and it had a beautiful.little.patio area to sit in with breakfast in the morning and with a glass of wine in the evening! He also arranged a transfer back to the airport Would certainly return here.
