There wasn't a lot of parking options close by. Also, due to the angle of the showerhead, it caused our bathroom floor to get completely covered in water. That was a bit of a mess!

The location of this property was great - close to everything, including a restaurant directly below the property. We thought the staff was lovely and helpful and the rooms themselves were spacious and well equipped. Great stay overall!

The walls between the rooms were paper thin. It felt like our neighbours were in the bed beside us . Especially the neighbours who weren’t considerate to others around them. Ear plugs are a must during your stay. More hooks would be handy around the room

The property was in a great location, the rooms were as depicted in the pictures.the restaurant below was one of our favourite spots . The room was spacious and clean and our towels were changed during our stay. Complementary drinks in the fridge on arrival.

Entrance was a bit shabby as it is at the back of the restaurant and you will need to carry you bags up but the room was excellent.

Beautiful room with excellent views looking out to sea. Helpful staff with good suggestions for breakfast. Restaurant was also lovely.

My only feedback is that it would make such a difference if they add a proper door to the toilet instead of the sliding door because having no closed door for the toilet can disturb the stay. Also, a full length mirror in the room would be great.

Beautiful room, with lots of natural sunlight, shower is incredible also. Great location in the old town area. This place was a breath of fresh air (literally) after the air conditioning in our last place broke down

Location was perfect- close to old town, beach & all the sights we wanted to visit. Friendly staff on check in, water & soft drink supplied free of charge in fridge. Comfortable bed, spacious room & great shower with good quality toiletries provided. Good communication prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend .

The location is absolutely perfect. It is right in front of the sea, with all the old town gems, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the room is quiet. Additionally, you can reach the main Zadar swimming area with a leisurely 10-minute walk, making it ideal for enjoying both the city and the sea. The room was clean, newly renovated, comfortable, and nice.

Apartment is beautifully decorated, with a view of the sea. Coffee machine and few complimentary soft drinks was a nice extra. Very clean and really comfortable bed. Lucy who checked us in was very welcoming and found space for us in the restaurant later that evening.

No elevator, so you have to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs

A bit noisy until midnight then quiet. Outside and first floors of the building do not reflect the beauty of the accommodation.
