We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Each member of their team was so helpful with your information, ferry reservations and general knowledge about the area. They also reached out in advance of our trip to offer many types of assistance. Breakfast was the best we had across many hotels. We loved Murum and look forward to returning!

United KingdomNothing. Only thing to note for anyone with limited mobility is that the location is within the pedestrianised area of the old town where vehicles can't access.
The location is perfect within the old town. The room was clean and comfortable and retained the character of the old buildings. It is within a very short walking distance of the main attractions and many restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was only there for one night and had to leave early before breakfast but they provided a breakfast bag to take with me without asking for this. This was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Split and would make sure to stay longer next time to fully enjoy this hotel.

Th location in the old town was perfect. The room (#7) was on the top floor and there is an elevator or stairs, depending on how energetic you feel. One of the staff met us at the free parking place (!) near the old town and carried our luggage to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, so warm and welcoming and full of good suggestions for places to eat and visit. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!!

United StatesThis was one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had and we’ve travelled to many places around the world. The rooms were very nice, clean and included a piece of history in the stone walls inside the rooms, which was all excellent. But, the biggest factor in our experience was the staff. They were all Incredibly helpful, genuine, kind people available 24/7 to ensure we saw what was most interesting about Split, ate the best food in the area and had a smooth travel experience. We traveled in April, where they offered a discounted rate for our stay and there were also much fewer tourists. 10/10 would reccomend and hope to be back.

Excellent bed and Ritual bathroom products. In the middle of the old town, walking distance from all attractions and restaurants. Superb staff who cannot do enough for you. Great breakfast.
