We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and contained the perfect breakfast for everybody. You could reach the beach in about 10 minutes by foot, so the location of the hotel is great. In addition, the view is extraordinary! We would love to come back in the near future!

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, the price-quality ratio doesn't match for us. The bathroom is completely moldy, ventilation only partially works, the couch is worn out, and the tiny fridge that can barely fit a bottle is not enough for the price they charge. Overall, I think the staff works great and enjoys their job, but the owner doesn't invest enough in the rooms and maintaining cleanliness. On our departure at night, the brother of Jelena, blocked our car with his own, delaying us by an hour. We had to search around the hotel to figure out who did it. I don't understand the situation at all; we had informed them about our departure, and everyone knew our car. I wonder what would happen during an evacuation due to a fire, as blocking guests' cars is against the law. Not coming back for sure.
The employees were wonderful, they took care of us throughout. The pool is really nice; we were always alone there and could play music, have iced coffee, and pick figs from the local trees.

SloveniaIt would be great if there was a regular dish that can be ordered afternoon / dinner time (i.e. Pancakes, spaghetti, pizza, risotto, calamari, or similar). I think we would eat here then all the time :) They do offer dinner (you have to pre-order) and it is amazing (has three courses), but if you’re looking just to grab a bite (one course dish), this can be a bit too much. But this is just a suggestion as cherry on top of an already perfect experience with this lovely hotel and its amazing hosts.
Warm and friendly staff, willing to accomodate your needs as much and as quickly as they can, good breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms, nice playground for kids, lovely terrace to enjoy your meal or drinks and a warm indoor pool is also a lovely bonus. A very family friendly little hotel with hospitality at the highest level. Our stay in Murter was even more beautiful because of this lovely hotel and we will definitely return!

The room itself was quite big and spotless, as was the case with the bathroom. The breakfast was really good and varied. But most of all, the view from the balcony was spectacular!

HungarySome kind of clothesline would be beneficial where the wet beach stuff or clothes after the rain could be hanged. The room had no balcony so the shower panel and the towel warmer was not always enough for us.
Great breakfast selection, good coffee, delicious optional local dinner. Playgrounds for children and sporty adults as well, including a small but pleasant indoor swimming pool. Had some issues with the shower but got it fixed soon after asking for help. The view was spectacular from our room. We really enjoyed our stay here. :)

United KingdomUnfortuantely, I assume because the hotel was empty except for us, the staff were a little late for are arrival. The room had a smell of drains, which is unpleasant and I did note that on us leaving. The shower constantly dripped at night and the AC system we relied on for heat was extremely complex to use. The breakfast was much to be desired. I am sure that the hotel will be in a better state during the main season, but we did not have the best experience.
The room is large, with a separate area and balcony, which is great in the warmer months. The beds were ok and the staff were helpful and welcomming. The location is great to walk into town and the local beaches.
